My car had a flat tire and I live very close to the store. I stopped by and asked them to check the tire. The person working there told me they don’t have the tool to check the car!!! They also said the earliest they can fix the car would be in two weeks or so!!! Just imagine a Goodyear shop does not have the tool to check a flat tire! I end up going to a discount tire on Colfax and they changed the tire with zero charges!!!

Talked to a guy there, explained to him that I was stranded downtown. Said they couldn’t fix a single flat tire for several days. Even after explaining that I was stranded, he said “best of luck.“

so I have a lyft car that I’m renting and I’m told to go to Goodyear cause I have a nail in my tire it’s Thursday and they’re telling me I can’t get fixed until Saturday. How can you have a contract with a company cant do service right away, especially on just a simple tire, I asked to use the bathroom and they said no rooms. I’m never back. Lyft should’ve made a deal with discount tire love them.

We have one flat tire. All of the tires were purchased about 1 year ago from this Goodyear. They would not sell us only one tire. They insist that they can only sell 4. What a racket. Do not go here unless you want to buy 4 tires.

Do not go here. Dropped off car early in the morning to patch a flat. Returned 30 minutes before closing time, with no call. Said they could not repair tire. The car needed a new one and it could not travel far on the donut. We asked how much it would be and they said they could not sale us just one tire we would need to buy 4 new tires. We asked for more options. They said the only thing they could do is sale us 4 new tires and it would be ready around 2 tomorrow. We will be going some where else.

This is the ONLY shop i trust my vehicle with. Dan and Stan are knowledgeable and honest people. You can not trust any other shop in the entire state more than you can trust these guys.

I would not advise going here, especially if you are a women. I made an appointment online since i got an offer for $30 off for an oil change. Arrived the next day for my oil change 20 minutes before my appt time. Upon walking in all the employees were chatting in the lobby, no one was working. I was 20 minutes early but somehow they knew exactly who i was. The employees shuffled as no one wanted to be the one to tell me they wouldn't take me because they "book out a week in advance" yet mind you everyone was chit chatting when i walked in not working. They let me know they could take me in a week but the deal wouldn't apply and i wouldn't get 50% off. i said i was never getting 50% off, it was $30 off of $90 lol. he said well your VW takes European oil so it will be $140 instead of the $60 listed online. I said nevermind and left. They said they called me the day prior to let me know, but of course i didn't answer because i at work. They didn't think to cancel my appointment or call me the day of my appt. My car takes synthetic oil not european oil lol i rolled up in a VW not no benz or audi. Online it told me there was appts available and even showed me the recommended!!! oil for my car exactly as well as the price. They were just looking to take an advance of a woman. I will not be back EVER!!

I made an online appointment and when I got to the shop and showed them my confirmation they turned me away and said they’re booked and they didn’t get notified of my appointment being made.
