I had a very disappointing experience at this Goodyear location when I brought in my Ford Focus. From the moment I arrived, the staff seemed uninterested in helping me. The manager tried to diagnose the issue without even inspecting the car, giving me the impression that he didn’t want to take on the job. After insisting that they take my vehicle, they kept it overnight but ultimately told me they couldn’t fix the problem and offered no recommendations for other shops. This lack of professionalism and willingness to assist left me frustrated and dissatisfied. If you’re looking for a reliable shop that values its customers, I would recommend avoiding this Goodyear location altogether.

I want to share my frustration about my boyfriend’s experiences at the Goodyear location, which have been incredibly disappointing. When he first brought in his Ford Focus, the staff seemed uninterested in helping him, and the manager tried to diagnose the issue without even looking at the car, making it clear he didn’t want to take on the job. After my boyfriend insisted, they kept his car overnight only to say they couldn’t fix it and offered no alternatives. A few months later, he took his Infiniti G35 there, hoping for better service, but the same manager dismissed him again, insisting he knew what was wrong without checking the car and telling him to try another shop. Today, he returned with an appointment, but they only addressed a couple of his concerns, didn’t resolve anything, and charged him $30 for their lack of service. It’s incredibly frustrating to see him treated this way, and I strongly advise anyone seeking reliable service to avoid this Goodyear location!

I’ve had several frustrating experiences at this Goodyear location and feel others should be aware. The first time I brought in my Ford Focus, the staff seemed uninterested in working on it. The manager tried to diagnose the problem without even looking at the car and made it clear he didn’t want to take on the job. After I insisted, they kept my car overnight, only to tell me they couldn’t fix it and didn’t offer any suggestions for where I could go instead. A couple of months ago, I brought in my Infiniti G35, and once again, the manager acted like he knew what was wrong without even looking at the car and told me to try another shop. I returned today with an appointment, hoping for better service, but they only checked part of what I asked for, didn’t fix anything, and still charged me $30 for essentially nothing. The service here is unprofessional, dismissive, and extremely unhelpful. If you value good customer service and want your car taken seriously, avoid this Goodyear location—it’s a waste of both time and money.

It's a nice shop, we really tried using them for our car needs because it is so close. Unfortunately we got burned by their quality of work and competence a few times, so we are taking our cars elsewhere. One problem started as an AC issue which they tried fixing two times. At first the AC seemed to work ok but a few weeks later it would slowly stop working. They were pretty honest in saying that they don't know what's wrong with it. Well, a few months later my engine overheated on a hot day and a different mechanic I took it in fixed the coolant leak and said AC problems were a sign the engine does not cool well. Our AC is back to solid since then. Another problem was with the battery we replaced about a year ago at Coloradoland and this summer the wire connection on the terminal got loose. When I was tightening it I found the nut they used to keep the wire plate down and compensate for the bad threading but it eventually got sunk in the lead. I wish they just replaced the connector to avoid this failure.

Caesar and the team here have been a great help so far. You know when you deal with staff and they are complementary of the place and very happy that you are dealing with a good business. I've heard good things from my neighbors about Coloradoland tire and service, and I was looking for a reliable mechanic for my 2019 jeep Cherokee. I decided to give Coloradoland tire and Service a shot, and I am so glad I did. I had an oil change today and I'm doing a tuneup and tire change on Friday. So far so good.

Perfect. Coloradoland Tire reads and responds to every review. A shop that cares that much about the quality of service they provide is certainly worth investigating. I highly recommend. They did a great job.

Caesar is an absolute lazy POS. After hearing he'd have to do some work he became frustrated and didn't want to do the job. He said they were "busy" and I hung around and watched how "busy" they were. I have no reasons to lie or make anything up. If you're the owner and you're reading this get yourself a new manager. Caesar was rude as hell and didn't want to make the business money. He was rude to my girl friend as well. Tell me you don't like working without telling me you don't like working Caesar.

Awful service. I called Colorado Land to ask a simple question about a tire they just installed on my wife's car. One tire was damaged by a metal shard on the road and we needed a replacement but they charged us $100 more than other retailers. When I called to ask if the cost per tire was higher for a single tire vs a set of four and told them I had found the same tire at Discount Tire for less they said, 'well, go to Discount Tire then.' So I did. So long Colorado Land. We had bought several sets of tires from this location before but because of the rude and immature service, I'll be going to Discount Tire going forward. Shop around, you can get better service and better prices elsewhere.

Great service, fit me in without an appointment and fixed my tire within an hour of drop off. Also, exceptional customer service.
