For a place that relies on donations to exist, it's appalling that the Donation Center staff receives you as if they were doing YOU a favor for getting your clothes and shoes.I brought in three full bags of clothes in excellent shape and it was as if I was giving them trash.Next time, I will put my bags in the Clothes & Shoes donation bins around the city. That will spare me the annoyed faces.

Prices went absolutely insane at this location in the last few months. Way higher than other suburb areas in Highlands ranch, Littleton, and centennial. Noticed many used items priced at or above retail. Not cool.

They permanently closed their dressing rooms for "The safety of all guests" , unfortunate and inconvenient, but probably justified. But for some reason they've removed ALL mirrors in the entire store??? So you can't even try anything over your clothes and see how it looks. What harm were the mirrors doing? It doesn't make any sense. If you're just looking for shoes or decorations maybe, otherwise I wouldn't bother.

There aren’t many items at this location anymore because GW here now has an eBay store. This store used to be packed and it used to be easy to move through. Now they have a fraction of items on round racks and prices are insane. If you’re wondering where your donations are going …it’s to their eBay store!

Used to be my go to spot to find nice vintage clothing, but they closed the dressing room and covered the mirrors so you can't try anything on or see how it looks. I assume that's to force you to purchase and when it doesn't fit you have to return for store credit. Also the circular racks are a nightmare. Really sad always loved this spot.

Great variety! Awesome staff! But the new circular racks are terrible, it makes it impossible to get a good read on the product, everything is too tight. I'll still be a loyal customer, but straight racks are better for viewing purposes.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Fitting rooms are closed but they won’t tell you that until after 10 mins of you standing there ringing the door bell and employees looking right at you! If something doesn’t fit you’re pretty much screwed no cash back store credit only what a JOKE

Very kind man accepted my donation with care and thanked me for taking the time to donate.

If your dressing rooms aren’t open I would suggest a sign so people don’t waste their time gathering things to try on and employees don’t have to put away all the clothes people gathered to try on and couldn’t.

Get a cart full of stuff and everything you got excited for they won't sell cause there's no price tag.... Any other business most employees can alter the price. I don't understand how goodwill gets all of it's inventory for free! And you tell me after I walk around for an hour getting excited about getting stuff. You take half of it and set it behind the counter cause nobody can price a cup or bbq tongs or an empty oil can. It's frustrating to say the least

As long as you remember this a simple second hand store, your expectations won't be too high. It's a great place to casually shop through things and just see what you find. An organized garage sale really. They have great sales and prices on jeans which is primarily why I go. It's also a great place for books and starter apartment furniture shopping. It's not especially clean but not dirty either. The clientele can be a bit sketchy at times and there are people asking for money near the entry door sometimes. The staff often seems very uninspired but the job gets done.

Management has now priced their tee shirts at 7.99 lmao. I don't know if that's corporate or middle management's pricing, but it's laughable. How disrespectful to those who really need clothing and now cannot possibly afford Goodwill. What a fraud this company is. "Would you like to round up to the nearest dollar for charity?" they ask, as you're forking over $8 for a pit-stained tee shirt that Goodwill got for free. I would like Goodwill to donate to charity for once. The stars are solely because the staff is always nice, and store is clean and well-organized.

I was treated very poorly by an ostentatious young male staff member last night. Which is surprising, because most of the staff is very friendly there. This particular individual snapped at me for looking at a "new" rack. There was a sign on one of the racks that said something about not going through the racks. It was hidden and I did not see it. Plus, I've been to this location hundreds of times and not once have I seen this sign or was ever snapped at for looking through new racks. He yelled at me across the store and pulled the hidden sign out from the other rack after I apologized for not seeing it. He then very passive aggressively proceeded to talk about me to another employee and saying how he'll fight people, which made me feel very unsafe. Not to mention saying how the women's side was such a mess, implying I had made it messy. He was extremely rude and I will not be coming back to this location again.

I cannot say enough good things! The selection of clothes is excellent! They don't roll eyes if you ask for a fitting room. That's a BIG plus! Love this store!
