Goodwill is what you make of it, I guess. I found the selection here limited in some ways, but then again I was looking for super specific items. Overall, there are a lot of items here. The cashier I had was younger but not like most young people; she was respectful, helpful, and professional. The prices weren't unreasonable compared to other stores, and especially buying brand new. Common sizes are hard to find though, hence my four star rating.

I am an avid shopper of Good Will. I enjoy looking for specific things, as well as random finds because, “You Never Know!”
Recently I needed a certain item for an elderly woman I do caretaking for. I inquired about the item with a gentleman who was doing some stocking work, bringing items out from the back, this sort of thing.
Well, he immediately dropped what he was doing and took some good time to assist me, and most successfully I might add. Thanks to this kind Good Will professional, I was able to purchase, that day, just what I need to help the lady.
I am making donations as well to this excellent resource, paying it forward, and knowing that for both needs & wants, the first place I look is always the Good Will.

The staff is friendly and wonderful the shoe department is always nice and full of selections and the furniture has good prices. Major props to Steve is the furniture department for helping me awnser a fee questions and to Devon for having a plentiful selection and being so friendly and having on good advice for finding shoes to go with an outfit!

All the clothes are on circular racks that make it super hard to get a cart through and to know if you’ve found anything. Plus, there’s no fitting rooms and they’re apparently too lazy to even keep the bathrooms open. Go to Arc instead.

I just went to go take a huge bag of very nice clothes to drop off at donation at 829 and the guy would not open the door that says on the sign they close at 8:30. He acted as if the door was locked and he could not open it. I am infuriated. They don't want to take donations up until the time the sign is posted. Joe, I'm just going to throw them away in the trash can across the street.

I got a coffee to go mug from them, and got hot coffee all over me when I used it. The woman who answered phone when I called said they don't test them. I asked to speak to manager and she put me on hold, never to return; when I called back, she did tell me the manager was in a meeting, which she knew already, but let me hang on. It trashed my phone, which was in my backpack. TEST THE COFFEE MUG BEFORE YOU BUY IT FROM HERE.

Michael, David, and Dominic were extremely helpful and considerate as we worked to donate items from a family member’s household who had recently passed away. They went above and beyond in their customer service and support of our family during this difficult time.

Visiting the area on vacation and came into this Goodwill. Smaller store, but neat and clean. Our cashier was very friendly. We bought a few things to take home with us.

This store has real bad customer service. They wouldn’t let my senior mother in-law use the restroom. My wife basically begged them to let her use it and their answer was a plain NO!

The cashier offered to give me 50% off if i slept with her. Then got upset and rude with me when I declined. Definitely don’t plan on coming back. She was a backup cashier called about 4:25pm today to help with a line in a blue and black stripped sweatshirt lots of piercings and long black hair.
