Would get 5 stars, but there are no mirrors to try on clothes. As background, I shop here at least 2x a month and have forever.
Good selection for a smaller store! Pricing is wacko . For example,
Why are dishes, utensils, and glassware, shoes and t shirts more expensive used than at W where it can be had new? Why are kids backpacks really high? And this accounts for the tag sale prices. Especially odd considering W is across the parking lot.
Nice staff (except management, the management is sub par as you can see from their canned response below), but it could be SO much better! They could make much more money for the cause.
I find it sad that management just posts a pre- written, blasé response to reviews and nothing changes.
Why, when you sell mostly clothes, don't you have even ONE mirror? This seems weird!! What IS the deal??
They had to do away w changing rooms due to thievery which is incredibly sad. So no mirrors there, either. Stealing from a charity...wow.
Anyhow, , I have observed repeated times management will stand clustered around a register that maybe is jacked up? Who knows. . They never jump on a register. It appears they get confused about the registers and how to fix them and then a long line is created bc they focus on the register instead of the line. Maybe ? they're thinking is "if we get this one uo and running it will shorten the line" well they have it exactly backwards!

yall have so much stuff you don’t even know what to do with it; start by pricing it lower. most things on the shelves should be $1-2 and they are $8-10. this location sells items from the dollar store for $3. this company does not care about keeping items out of the landfill, they care about money.
also taking the mirrors away just makes it more difficult for customers and employees. first we weren’t allowed to try items on. now we’re not even allowed to LOOK at them while holding them up to see how it fits.
im sure employees have to process tedious returns constantly! and im guessing by how greedy this company is that the employees don’t make enough hourly wage for the work they put in. goodwill needs to be shut down.
SUPPORT LOCAL THRIFT STORES (boulder has many, pig and pearl is my favorite)

This used to be my go-to thrift store and it’s no longer worth it to even walk in the doors. No dressing rooms has been a HUGE pain, but you could make it work with the corner mirror. Now they’ve removed that as well. There isn’t a mirror in the whole store to even hold an item up to guess how it would work. Moronic decision by mgmt for a store that sells mostly clothes. And it’s showing…racks are so packed you can barely slide hangers to look through. My dollars and donations will be going over to the Arc on Wadsworth moving forward. Same prices, and dressing rooms for days. We had a good run Goodwill. :(

Great selections! But fitting rooms are closed permanently. Would shop here more if they were open!

Update: I found a lot of great stuff at this Goodwill. They often have high-quality clothing that I’ve had trouble finding other thrift stores bumping this up to a five.Quality Goodwill. I occasionally find a gem in the rough. I would classify this as your average Goodwill or thrift store with a wide selection in decently clean.

I used to enjoy this Goodwill, but recent changes make it almost not worth it to shop here at all. The fitting rooms are permanently closed, returns are only accepted within 7 days of purchase, and they won’t actually give you a return to your card - they give you a merchandise credit instead. This creates an endless cycle where I buy clothes, can’t try them on to see if they fit, return them when they don’t, and only get credits to come back and start the process again. Extremely annoying and unnecessary. I won’t be coming here again.

Management is the worst! Listing products incorrectly an extremely rude.Had a sofa listed at 2k as a “herman miller nelson marshmellow sofa” had no plaque that every herman miller sofa comes with on the back. When i asked about it and tried to inquire about it the lady got extremely rude and just walked away.

Gotta love the guy working the donation drop off (with dark hair and glasses) Merry Christmas to you as well. What makes this Goodwill worse is that you could find cheaper merchandise at Walmart.

The store is awesome, but what stands out to me the most is Benjamin, he deserves his own 5 star rating, he is very kind and knowledgeable. He makes this my favorite thrift store to shop at. Thank you, Benjamin and all the friendly staff, you guys' rock!I shop here 3-4 times a week, and I'm never disappointed!

For anyone opting to finding ANY kind of video games here, be it console or PC or anything else, probably be better to keep moving. I attempted a treasure search here and discovered they moved any and ALL video games online, and basically privvy to price gouging like every single scalper out there. Found one game in store for 3 bucks, nabbed it before they started charging 20 for it.
