Gone for Good’s two young men did a great job removing dining room furniture, office furniture, mattress’s, and other items. They were friendly and worked efficiently to load the truck in less than 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend Gone for Good as an excellent removal company for a wide variety of jobs.Jim H. Hands down the best thrift in Denver. I’ve never gone and walked out empty handed. Incredibly friendly staff and low prices for beautiful collectible and modern pieces. Can’t recommend enough

Love this place. Staff is friendly and helpful and they get new stuff all the time! It’s a sustainably run thrift store and they do a lot of great work in the community helping lower income folks get back on their feet. Please support these guys if you can!

A great experience overall. Polite, considerate, and quick experience from the office person to the two guys who did the work g respectfully and thoroughly. Price was also very reasonable. Would definitely use again and enthusiastically recommend.

David with Aurora Gone For Good did an amazing job for us! He and his team were efficient, hard-working and courteous. They worked all day clearing out the basement. We couldn't have done the move without them. Highly recommend.

Working with Gone For Good was a great experience. The employees are prompt, friendly, and careful. Additionally when you call GFG, they actually answer your call or return your call promptly when you leave them a message. I would definitely use their services again.

I absolutely loved this store! I’m new to the area and am trying to furnish an entire house on a budget. The in store employees were awesome! Lydia especially was just such a sweetheart. They really have great stuff too, with fair prices.However… I paid 100 bucks for delivery, and tipped 70% on top of that. The guys arrived 4.5 hours later than the scheduled time, with no communication. I wasted most of my day waiting around, after receiving a confirmation call that they were about 1.5 hours out.They put giant scratches all over my freshly refinished hardwood floor as well. I had laid moving blankets out to ensure this wouldn’t happen, so it’s sort of a bummer.They also smacked a giant dresser into my wall, which chipped the paint and dented the gyp.So overall, I was planning to leave a 5 star review, that the people at the store clearly deserve. I just wish i had access to our truck and trailer, like I normally would. Because the delivery experience completed tainted my desire to keep shopping there.Hardwood floors were 3,500 to refinish and it’s just really lame that they’re already ruined… or, gone for good as they say. LolEDIT:I posted this and within an hour the owner called me and offered me a full refund. I can’t believe how nice and professional he was about the entire thing. I didn’t feel comfortable accepting such a large amount back, but the fact that this man was willing to even reach out and offer that completely blew me away. It totally soothed my frustration, and I will totally be back. Because as I listed above, I had a great experience with the employees at the store! They are honest hardworking people and I am so pleased that this guy took the time to read my review and try and make amends.

They were so helpful and accommodating! We were moving our senior parents and had a lot to get rid of. They made it so easy - they were very professional - called back, showed up on time and were upfront about their pricing. I highly recommend them.
