I don’t even know where to begin, the service that I received from the shop was second to none. A true mechanic running a fantastic business. I had brake work done at the shop today and was kept up to date on the repair from start to finish. More importantly he took the time to explain the why behind the repair. No up-selling or price gouging here. Just fiar honest work. I’ll never take my vehicles anywhere else.

Needed to replace driver side lower control arm, figured to do both. Ordered parts myself, with the intention to do the work myself, but with a broken LCA. Really limited my capabilities with the tools I had. Called around while at work, and came across goins which was right down the Delaware st from my work. Told my situation and was given a straight forward estimate, which was beyond fair. About 40-50% of a difference from anywhere else. Was treated politely by both Dan and michelle. Great local business to support, and they will ensure to do the same as well. Thanks again Dan and Michelle.

I've worked with Dan for several years now. I have two very old cars that make frequent trips there, because of aging issues. Dan and Josh do great work, have very fair prices and are very honest. I highly recommend them.

I want to let everyone know that dealing with Goins automotive has always been a great experience. Any time I have needed my car worked on it has been done at my convenience. I have gotten nothing but the best work done at a very reasonable price. They are the greatest place to get your car worked on. I had my clutch fixed in a timely manner. I needed an extra week to pay the last $100 due on the repair. Goins kindly gave me that time to pay it. I have piece of mind knowing that my car was fixed properly. I will never take my car to any other shop to get it fixed. I went to the dealer to see about getting a battery and cables replaced they wanted to charge me around $350. I took it to Goins and got it replaced for than less than half off what the dealership was going to charge me. I have taken my car to the dealership to get estimates. I turned around and called Goins. I was very amazed at how much lower it would cost me to have Goins do the work.

It's funny the way the world works. When I go to an automobile repair shop, I don't need flat screen TVs, free coffee, or plush couches, I need affordable and effective auto repair. This is what I get at Goins. No extras, but friendly people, great service and a functional vehicle. Take note, this place has no sign. Look for the street number spray painted on the dumpster or the mailbox behind it to confirm your location.

At this point, I have been taking my vehicles to Goins for 16 years. They have kept me on the road through five different vehicles now, varying makes and models. From timing belt maintenance to a transmission replacement I haven't hesitated to even go to them for the smallest thing like when I couldn't get my windshield wiper off! The best thing about them - they are HONEST. I recommend them to everyone I know, regardless of vehicle age or type.
