First review I've left in my life. Visiting from out of town and needed workout supplies. Called for about 45 min then finally came in. Door is locked and says "be back in 15" I've been here for 25 minutes. Its on a Saturday at 4 pm. I understand emergencies but don't lie.

The owner tried to overcharge me for an item. I’ve always bought there. I know the price site says the same price tried to charge me $30 over probably because I’m black In came in with a ski mask mind you it’s cold people like you don’t deserve a Business

Came in to get a quick drink and power was out. Didn't have cash on me (Owner - Jon keeping his store open during outage) and was about to go. Was friendly and still got me taken care of. Consistent customer service with other visits. Specifically, appreciate the customer service being a business owner myself. Thanks Jon and all the best.

Went to purchase pre workout here and inquired about price matching. Claims he does not price match because he would lose money and was rude about it. Went to another GNC in the area and the same product was originally priced lower and price matched. No reason to spend more here.

I started shopping at this GNC over 10 years ago. Over the years I have done Physique shows, Triathlons, maintained, and did a variety of other things. One this I have always done is consult with Jon to help me with the right supplement protocol. He is extremely knowledgable and works within my budget.My favorite part is that if he doesn't have it in stock, he generally finds it and ships it to me. Which brings me to the best part. He now ships me all of my supplements. Highly recommend.

I was in the area and I had some pre-workout I had bought at another GNC location that I wanted to return. Jon began questioning me about the reason I was returning it and that I should go return it at the location I bought it in because this was going to cause him to lose profit at his store. He then said that the product was more expensive at the store that I bought at and that if I return it there I will lose money. I bought it for $55 and he said his store sold it for $50. I told him that it was fine that it was worth not driving to the other store for 5 bucks. He then went on to say that I had bought the product I was returning before, I told him that I have bought the product in the past but no longer like it. Not sure what he was trying to do by questioning my return, GNC is a franchise and I should be able to return any product that I dislike without feeling harassed. I had bought the pre-workout a day before. He also mentioned that I should be educated about my caffeine intake, if only he knew I was returning my pre-workout for that reason. It was too much caffeine per scoop, my body cannot handle that much caffeine anymore. Jon is unprofessional, he clearly hates his job. If he had a different attitude maybe his store wouldn't be so empty all the time. I told Jon that I felt unwelcomed at his store and that it felt like I was bothering him. He had no response. I grabbed my receipt and told him not to worry, that I will not go to his store again.

Do not shop here Go to another GNC. I was emailed by the owner Jon who told me I could no longer shop there. I had made 3 returns within a week. The reason I made the RETURNS was that the employee told me they did not do EXCHANGES. What retail store does not do exchanges with a valid receipt. So I ended up having to out of pocket the new supplement and wait 3-5 business days to get my money back. This was extremely inconvenient for me. I have been a loyal GNC customer for over 10 years and usually spend about $400 there a month. If you don't want returns, do exchanges!! I had also purchased over $200 worth of other items that I did not return. Also the reason for the returns was due to the employees lack of knowledge on the products. He was not able to tell me anything about the fat burners I was looking at. I also asked him if he had any cases of LIT and he said no. I then walked around the corner and found 3 cases of LIT and ended up buying 2. The employee did not even know his own inventory.
