Gheen CPA helped me organize my small business into an S corporation, and better structure it to maximize my tax benefits. They have always answered my questions. Mr. Gheen himself took time to talk to me, and help me with the monthly fee when my small business was suffering and business was slow. I also was able to file for a refund a year later, and receive it, after I had forgotten to report a charitable donation I had made to a church. Just a quick, simple review. I'm looking for help setting up an LLC, and I received a call-back from them, and in just a five minute call, they gave me advice, information, clarification, and forwarded me to other resources since their office wasn't quite what I'm looking for. I found Gheen and Co. by reading TONS of google reviews, and making my choice sight unseen. Let me just say....I am NOT dissapointed! Gheen and Co. has been absolutely and absolute OUTSTANDING value. I had a variety of needs as a small business owner (Pool and Spa Company), and they were able to take care of them ALL! They rebuilt all my business financials since I had started my company in 2016, based on all of the receipts, invoices, etc. They manage my business taxes, personal taxes, sales taxes, helped me navigate PPP as well as stimulus checks, etc since Covid. They have helped me get payroll and benefits setup. I am SO glad I found them when I did. Anytime I have a question or questions, I can text or email my team directly, and I get quick thorough responses, that address all my concerns, and they are more than willing to take the time to explain anything further if needed. I just can't say enough awesome things!

With today's ever changing Corporate Taxes, it would be very wise to talk to Gheen about a tax plan. We did this very thing a few years ago and I can tell you... you will be very surprised at the results. Gheen knows the game and how to play it, they are very adverse on where money should be spent to allow the corporation to benefit financially. My only regret is not doing this sometime back, but can't look back and couldn't be more pleased with the help I received from Gheen.

I use this company for my business, Environmental Testing Solutions, LLC. I've used them in the past and when I started my own business, knew I had to get back with this great accounting company. They are very knowledgeable and always available to answer my questions, inquiries and assist me with my QBO questions. Such a great company, I do not have to worry about anything for the company or my own taxes, they handle it all for me. Highly recommend them to anyone, big or small!
