The owner of Azari Rug Gallery was lucky enough to be included in one of the beginner welding courses offered at this location. The application process for the class was quick and easy thanks to the receptionists who were there to help. A top tier course that was very educational and well worth the money spent to learn from a knowledgable and patient professional as Tristan Spainhower.

We've been using General Air for our facilities needs for several years, and for good reason. Customer service and responsiveness have been fantastic! Amber C is our account contact and never fails to get us taken care of quickly, and also provides extra guidance and information when needed so we get the right setup. Thanks for everything Amber!

This place must have changed ownership or management because the 2 last times I've been in it seems like all employees are angry and act like it's a burden when I come in to switch out tanks. Also, spending over 20 minutes on the computers is rediculous. Talk about technology helping lolI used to come here all the time, and the employees were friendly and help, offer coffee.. ect. Now, I don't want to ever come in again. How sad an act of a little customer service can go a long way. Sorry it was such a burden on you're day general air

Took a quick introduction to GMAW ( MIG welding) through an independent program here at general air.David and Steve were very informative and friendly. I throughly enjoyed the class.General air will be my 1st stop for gas and supply needs should they arise based on my experience here.

5 stars for the Welding Academy. Took the 1-day TIG Steel class from Tristan. Impressive facility and great teaching. I learned of better torch setups and Tristan picked out all the parts needed after class, super helpful.

I took the 3 day GMAW class last week with instructor Tristan, and what a wonderful class. No matter what your skill set you can learn something in this class. Very patient instructors and FULL of knowledge. I highly recommend!(And I absolutely LOVE the soda while you wait ?. That’s good customer service )

They have a billboard that says free soda while you wait. Am I going to be waiting so long I'm going to get thirsty? The billboard advertising free soda while I wait tells me I will indeed be waiting so long I will get thirsty. The billboard can be seen from the highway alerting anyone who wants to do business here be advised you will be waiting...

As a faint smell, taking a welding class, everybody told me that I would be the only one I was presently surprised that I was not. I had a great time I plan on taking all of them. The mid class was great and the instructor was absolutely fabulous not only explaining everything, but critiquing your work afterwards also. I look forward to the next several classes. May have to get my own machine. I encourage everybody male and female alike. If you want to do it just do it.
