First knowone is perfect, and I can only control how I react. Store manager total jerk shoves my return amd says i am not taking that. Very rude , i appoligized my fault. He was soo rude to me and my husband. And he treated his associate like she was a piece of chewed gum. This store has terrible customer service

As a 90s kid, Gap holds a special place in my heart. My wife needed some "basics" for an upcoming trip. I suggested we roll down to our neighborhood Gap. It was a great choice! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was like I was dropping $50k in Neiman Marcus! My wife found a bunch of plain items for her trip. 10/10 Gap!
You can hate on Gap as much as you want. But Gap is way better (and cheaper) than any Instagram fast-fashion brand. This day in age, I'd rather support Gap than Amazon/Instagram cash-grab campaigns.

Great store. The layout is always clean and organized. It is not overly crowded with merchandise so you can quite easily see all of the clothing without having to rummage through things (like at a store like Forever 21). The staff is always helpful, especially Michael -- always goes the extra mile. I love how they price match whatever sale is going on online. Will continue to be a repeat customer!

Staff wasnt so friendly i was the only one in line. She didnt say hi she looked and did whatever she was doing than said are you ready than she still made me wait. Didnt ask if i found what i needed she just looked at me and she was wearing gloves and in the end she kind of just threw the bag on the counter. Im mean i have mask i was sanitizing my hands if you dont want to be nice and if your going to treat your customer like a virus carrier just quit your job. You shouldnt be working.
