A Great example of the worst business model and customer experience! Employees are not helpful, store is filthy, and the manager is never there to deal with a problem. I regret doing business due to deceptive practices as the merchant's typical course of business. Save yourself the headache, and buy online.

Bought a used game. Tried to play. It wouldn’t load. Came back the next day with the game and receipt. They wouldn’t give store credit or refund our money. We were told if it wasn’t available at their other locations then you just bought a broken game and they will not help in any way.

Very rude! The manager will make you run around in circles promising to buy used consoles, only to lowball after meeting the laundry list of needs. Do not recommend unless you want to waste days.

Every time I go to this store to trade in. Games of video games. The employee looks at like I'm a criminal. He/ her name Zara He looks about in his mid 20s too early '30s. I will wait till the other GameStop to open. He is a bit heavy set. One star does not describe the service I always get when I go in there. If I could I'll give you a negative five stars. I'm never going back in to that store ever again

Absolutely disgusting manager and employee working there on 12/10 6:00pm. Cancelled my online order even though it was fully in stock upon my arrival.
Then both proceeded to insult me and make rude remarks behind my back as i walked out the store thinking i would not hear. Heard every word buddies.

Even though i’ve had not the best and sometimes terrible service at this store, tonight my faith was restored. The gentleman named Zach, who was working the counter was absolutely amazing and attentive, and took care of me and my husband. My husband had a bad experience there earlier today. Zach went above and Beyond to make sure that I left with a smile even though he had no idea about my husbands situation that had happened.
Thanks Zach for making the day better.

I am absolutely disgusted. It is Saturday, November 9. I am standing outside of the GameStop on Colorado Boulevard and I’ve been here since 9 o’clock. Gentleman comes to the door at 10 o’clock tells me We are opening till 11 o’clock. There is no note on the door that says anything. When I told the gentleman that I’ve been standing here since nine. He says that sucks for you doesn’t matter to me !! I asked excuse me what did you say to me . He rudely said I don’t care that you have been here since nine you could have left .. I took the bus here to exchange my controller and how dare you speak to a customer that way . I need management to contact me immediately this is out right disgusting. The picture is of the employee at around 10:20 am after he just had this exchange with me … so you don’t open your doors at 9? Then you sit there and stare at me and make me wait longer ??? Absolutely appalling

The hours on the door, website, and Google Maps list 9 AM as opening on Fridays. As of 10:05 AM today, 10/11, the store is still closed, on release day for Metaphor. Nobody will answer the phone either.
