I'm giving this GameStop specifically 5 stars because they have the Halo 3 Muriel up on the side, please leave it up forever! Gaming history right there and it's the best Halo ever made. And I'd bet this GameStop is just solid all around.

Called the store right now to ask a question and the employee who answered the phone hung up while I was talking to him. Jeez, didn't realize talking to customers on the phone was so terrible (even though it's part of the job).

Wouldn’t buy my ps4 because he “needed a break so he couldn’t help us” when there were 40 minutes left until it closed 0/10 this is why GameStop is going out of business

Good store and fair employees. Sold some of my old gaming gear to them in the past. They low ball the value of my gear was all I had issue with, but I needed the $$$ at the time.

I placed an online order for same day in store pickup for a 500 gb PS4 and a dualsense edge wireless controller for my ps5. Confirmed the order and headed into the store. Upon arrival the clerk told me that they didn't have any dualsense edge wireless controllers and they only had the display ps4s. So I took the ps4 and went to best buy for my dualsense edge controller. When I tried to boot up the ps4, it just beeps 3 times and doesn't turn on. This is an indication that the hard drive is bad on this "cleaned, tested and guaranteed, certified pre owned ps4". Except if it was tested at all, they would have known it's a dud and they wouldn't have sold me the product. After I get home and discovered all this, I also noticed that they charged my PayPal and checking account BOTH for products they weren't even able to sell me. This is fraud. So now I'm almost 700 dollars into purchases that I wasn't even able to make at their establishment. I'll never go to another GameStop EVER AGAIN after this catastrophe.
