One of the worst customer service interactions I’ve had. The entire staff was eating at the counter when I came in. Whatever I don’t care we all gotta eat, but it was immediately apparent everyone was annoyed they had a customer. When I tried to return an online item I was told I could only do so online, despite the return policy stating otherwise. Was finally able to complete the return after they demanded I show them their own policy. Tried to get the item I actually needed and was told they were out despite their website saying 3 were in stock. I know online is frequently wrong but this felt like petty revenge from the manager Rhea for me forcing her to do her job.

They don't like to answer the phone. Try calling multiple times, and they'll just put you on hold and never get back to you. It sucks because I live 30 minutes away, and I'm just trying to check the availability of something that the GameStop website says only this store has in stock. Guess I will never know.
