Condescending. Didn't take the time to learn about our company. Quickly passed us off to smaller boutique developers. We've worked with small businesses as well as multinational firms including: Disney, Exxon, Pella, Whirpool, and others. We could have brought Fusionbox millions of dollars of business. They weren't interested.

As a mid-sized energy company of 500 employees, we had a good idea of our requirements going into the project. We evaluated a number of local web design companies and Fusionbox really stood out from the crowd. They showed top-tier professionalism, had excellent design ideas, and comprehensive knowledge of web-based marketing. Most importantly, they were enjoyable to work with and could respond quickly when needed. Additionally, they were the most price-competitive local company which did not out-source development staff. They provided a top-down redesign of two corporate websites, including a publicly-traded company. The project was managed in a professional manner, the development staff showed impressive creativity, and the whole office exhibited a desire to ensure our satisfaction. We would definitely do business with Fusionbox again.

Enlisted the Fusionbox team because of not only their work - but their personalities. They are so creative and so much fun to work with...whatever system they have in place there - it's perfect. Very prompt with their deadlines. The main duty we hired them for was to completely redesign our website and give us our own CMS - because wordpress, joomla, drupla, etc - they just couldn't handle the ideas and the business model that we envisioned. What can I say, they nailed it. They are awesome!!! Watch their video too! Fun group of people who care very much about what they do. They all love their job and that will show in the project they do for you or your business.

These guys are horrible at marketing. I called them for a client to do 3 medium to large jobs. Alexander and Ivy never got back to us. I called them back 3 days later and someone said, "Well, did you try writing to them via the site?" I said yes. He then said, "well, they have been sick". If they aren't organized enough to return a call, I sure wouldn't trust 'em with meeting any kind of deadlines. Too bad huh?
