I haven't been into freebird since they moved to this new location, however I'm so glad that I stopped by. While running errands, my husband and I popped in so I could try on some boots. I really wish I could remember the really helpful associate that helped me, but she didn't give me her name (but she showed me the Darcy's and I also ended up getting those boots as one of my pairs). Anywho, I tried on a few pairs and ultimately settled with two different pairs. I really love the quality of Freebird shoes and love how they come wrapped with the fleece shoe covers.
I cannot wait for my other boots to be sent to me but this was a really great shopping experience. I didn't feel rushed and the sales associate took her time when helping me. Also, I really love how their boots here are all handmade, which makes each pair super unique and absolutely worth the price.
Thanks to the freebird staff for helping me find a few pairs of boots to replace my pairs that I had worn out .

Fun store! The young ladies at the store were very helpful and brought me lots of great boots to try on! I was able to get just what I wanted shipped since we were traveling! ❤️

The staff sucks. They are rude. And they leave their doors open it was freezing inside of their store. I won't don't recommend shopping at this location

I just left the store and realized that I wanted to voice how absolutely kind I’ve been treated every time I’ve come in to buy a pair. Katie is awesome, very kind and has excellent customer service that did not go unnoticed. They’re never pushy here. This is my 3rd pair and I keep coming back simply for their great service, not to mention the stylish shoes. Thank y’all!! ?

Highly recommend a stop at the Freebird Store at Cherry Creek. The selection is amazing. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Walked out with 3 new pairs of boots! Because I was traveling, they shipped them directly to my home. The boots were shipped promptly and arrived in perfect condition.

Best boot/shoe store in Denver metro area with top notch customer service. The sales gals there are so fun and knowledgeable about their inventory, it was a great experience overall! I won’t buy boots anywhere else! ❤️

Customer service is not good.
I do not recommend going to this store, the customer service is not very good. Advisors discriminate against clients when they see that they speak another language. MORE EQUALITY IS NOT FAIR.
