A half star or no star would fit this insurance place. I was involved in a hit-run the other driver took off trying to get a hold of an adjuster It is like trying to pull needles out of a haystack, I was told they sent me my estimate through the mail but as of today over a month I still have not received it. Took my car in for they could do an estimate on The damage which they hooked up a computer to my car how is that supposed to give an accurate estimate when nobody even drove it.. worse place ever

Fred Loya Leetsdale location the staff get your customer service skills together.I’ve called several times and they don’t even tell you hello or that they’re putting you on hold and I’ve been trying to make a payment over the phone for the better part of an hour.,and I’ve been hung up on 2 times just a pick up and click and also put on hold 3 times as soon as calling and once for over 20 mins.

They have business hours closing at 7pm on weekdays but it's 5pm and the door is locked and nobody answering the phone. Very inconvenient when you live across the street from the office location and have to go across town to get service.

Whoever is over this establishment must know that you have a awesome employee in Miss Heidi Flores!!!! Her attitude is great every time I go in to make a payment for my grandmother! She is also so helpful and willing to go above and beyond for the customers! Kudos to her! And kudos to her manager for having her represent the company! Please inform the higher up of the great job that she is doing! She definitely needs to be recognized for her hard work! Thank you sincerely Mr Dunn
