They need to change their hours at the door, supposedly on Saturdays they close at 2 I arrived at 1:40 and they no longer wanted to serve me, they should put an announcement saying that half an hour before they no longer serve me.

Me and my husband take from then car insurance 5 months ago. We are very disappointed. First:they have hidden fee,nobody didn’t say when we are switching for this insurance. Second: past 5 months and I see today in my bank account they take more for insurance but we didn’t receive any emails or text they take more. When my husband call them they we want we take more what do you want. The costumer doesn’t important for company. Company thinks about only dollars.

Takes a smart person to give people the correct ID card stupid where do you find these people they are obviously not trained to be insurance agents. Insurance agents are actually trained to do thier job.

Horrible! My dada had an accident in January…. It’s may and we haven’t heard anything. No answers and supposedly no one knows anything. But the payments that they take without hesitation.

Very Dissatisfied information given to me on the phone differed from the office I was there three times to try and get insurance when Nicholas Cordova finally denied me because I had a 4ft ladder in my back seat I feel he did not want to bother with my situation and let personal feelings get in the way just because I didn't speak spanish or conversate with him he was very in professional. And I will tell everyone I know how Fred Loya is not a respectable name
