Very affordable but when filing a claim the adjuster I was assigned to would call me back, didn't keep me informed about status of claim. After dealing with adjustor Fred Loya paid a $800 dollar amount for repairs onu 2018 Chevy Impala Premier which is the top of the line. When searching for a collision center, no one would a accept Gredy Loya. Finally the Chevy Dealer collision center agreed but the car has to be driveable. They aren't accepting vehicles that have to be towed in. Just found out .my policy premium increased called to get info was on hold over a hour without anyone answering the phone.

Excelente,but some girls think know everything, and they talk so sure for wat the question is besides when you talk to the manager stories change so fast , please if you don't know exactly ASK to your manager from Fred loya insurance, nothing is going to happens if you ask, nobody knows everything thank you I appreciate it she helps a lot

Milly is extremely rude I cam in to add my new car on to my existing policy and she was completely not helpful I've been insured from r 6 years and never had and issue until dealing with this rude representative and she was in deed in store. I asked for a card and she responded she didn't have one then I asked who's cards are the desk and she replied oh sorry didn't see them being sarcastic. Horrible experience.
