Not a great experience sadly. Initially, I was given a 4-week timeframe, but 5 weeks went by with no communication from them. When I called, they mentioned they were backed up and couldn’t provide an updated completion time. They finally called back later that week to say it was finished. I am a medical traveler and work out of town so I was only able to pick up on the weekends. After this most recent winter storm, I couldn’t get any updates—calls went straight to voicemail, and after multiple attempts, I even drove over to find out they hadn’t opened for the day. (Roads were fine, definitely for Colorado) Communication was poor throughout this experience.
I will update when the product is received.

The best art framing shop in Denver. They are knowledgeable very experienced and have been at their location for over twenty years. This store is owned by a woman ( Lee ) with a MBA who also has good taste!

I contacted this shop because we had a picture delivered to us from another source and it was damaged. Greer said she could fix it for me and would not charge me for the repair. Needless to say I will use this shop for my framing needs from now on. Thanks Greer for being so awesome!
