Go to another car wash place. Came here on a Saturday afternoon after paying for the Ceramic wash. The car was not washed and was wet with soap as we exited the wash, we had to get in line again and then eventually abandoned the line after a 30 min wait. THE FACILITY DOES NOT WORK, even though they were still letting cars queue up and pay. What a rip off, I urge you to avoid.

It’s annoying and disappointing that almost two months ago I cancelled my membership from a different car wash because four seasons is much closer to my house. But in approximately 2 months only one time I’ve received a towel to dry my vehicle. Every time I ask for a towel there aren’t any. My vehicle does not get completely dried and by the time I get home it’s harder to remove the dry water stains.
The representative who sold me my membership told me that I was going to love the service but I don’t agree, at least for now.

Worst car wash ever! Bad service, and they will try to charge you and say you broke something not true and no prof. I hope corporate contacts me they really should know that the service is beyond bad. Lots of men trying to be intimidating instead of professionalism.

Ownership will not respond to email or voicemail. I have cancelled the membership two months ago and they still continue to charge my card. Dishonest customer service and the car wash is not great and the vacuums are usually broken.
Recommend going next door for a hand wash.

Lila has been so friendly and helpful when we have questions about joining the monthly car wash. I love coming here just to tell her hi before the gets washed. Lila is the best!

DO NOT USE THIS CARWASH UNLESS YOU WANT TO RISK DESTROYING YOUR CAR. I went to the 7220 N Pecos location. When I went through, the rollers grabbed my bumper and ripped it almost off. Then the attendants told me, "Good luck getting this fixed, it happens often and the company will never take responsibility. And if you do reach a manager, they fire them every three weeks so you will not get any help".
Just as the employees stated, the first manager has been fired. The 2nd manager quit. And the district manager told me too bad, they cant do anything and there is no one in claims to speak to. And they would not give me their lawyer's info. I now have filed a claim on my insurance. And my attorney is working on this. This place is a chop shop of carwashes. Go to the others in area. They actually know how to run a business and treat customers.
