We worked with Amanda from FORM Studio through Winter 2023 and Spring 2024 on the design of three major spaces in our new home.
There is absolutely no way we would have achieved anything nearly as beautiful, comfortable, or functional without her help.
She is patient, responsive, resourceful, organized, creative, and a fierce advocate for her clients!

We engaged Form on a large 7-month first floor remodel of an adobe/southwest modern remodel in Golden Colorado and are so pleased with the outcome. Madison and Amanda are top-notch, offer wise expertise, and aren't afraid to encourage decisions that artfully make sense. We just moved back in and everyone is amazed with the new spaces. Madison & Amanda are a dream to work with. They came up with plans for our kitchen remodel that we never would have thought of and provided creative furniture and lighting options that completely aligned with our vision. They provide options for multiple price points and aren't pushy in the slightest-more than anything they want you to love your new space. They are collaborative, very talented at their crafts, and a delight to spend time with. We have referred them to friends & will do so for years to come. Madison and Amanda helped us transform our kitchen to an exceptionally functional space that reflects our personal aesthetic and maintained the personality of our 1920s home. They are an amazing team that complement each other's strengths - Madison sees big picture and execution, Amanda excels in the details. I too quickly gave a 5-star review of services in 2021, which I have removed given a bad, final outcome. I became aware of FORM through the store, and because I liked how it was curated, I inquired about design services and proceeded. There were a number of small disappointments that I didn't mention to Amanda and Madison because I found uses other than intended, with which I was satisfied. Additionally, vendors they recommended were problematic. But the final straw was not an issue that could be worked around - purchasing a kitchen table and chairs they presented which didn't fit together at all. Not only were Amanda and Madison unwilling to admit their mistake of the chairs being too small for the table, but they went so far as to say it was subjective even though the table came up to my chest when sitting in the chairs. They also said the chairs weren't suggestions, but merely options...what?!!! They did not perform due diligence in terms of dimensions and took no responsibility for this. I've since learned that true professional designers actually bring products to your home to see how they look, fit, etc., as did a subsequent designer when I found chairs that go beautifully with the table I bought through Amanda and Madison. Perhaps in the past year they've grown and learned from mistakes, but they were of little help to me and not worth the $1000 retainer fee. And frankly, the fact that they did not in good conscience remove my initial, positive review after a very disappointing experience, compelled me to write this current review.

Such a cute store in Denver! I got several gifts for Christmas here since they had such a good selection of housewares, candles, etc.

Walked in and the clerk did not welcome us. My wife commented on how much she likes tea towels and no attempt was made to sell her some. Very limited selection of goods. Not clear to me why this storefront even exists.

These ladies are so friendly and knowledgeable! I ordered some items from the online Shoppe and everything shipped quickly. Madison even reached out to make sure the size of the tiny pots I ordered would work for me (which they did, perfectly). Can’t wait to order again!

This place is great! I ordered a set of lowball glasses and a few other items for gifts. One of the owners even personally delivered them to me!! Their online store has a lot of unique and stylish items for around the house. Will definitely be coming here again.
