Basically a more expensive version of Great Clips. I've been twice and it's like they're trying to get your haircut finished as quickly as possible which includes not communicating very much about what it is you're looking for.
Often I think "well the stylist will know what looks good regardless"... which was not true on this last cut. One of the worst I've ever gotten.
One thing you can tell the staff IS trained to do is upsell you on other services (shampoos, massages, etc)

I'm always happy with the service here, I usually walk in and get whichever barber is available at the time. They're all easy to talk to and are really good with unconventional hair styles :)

Heard about Floyd’s and thought it was hype but I was wrong. Great haircut, friendly staff, clean shop not to mention the neck massage and hot neck shave. Definitely my new barber shop!

Everything was fantastic! This haircut was the first time in my life that I ever buzzcut my hair, and I was feeling a little nervous, but Andrew was really comforting and told me I had a great head shape for it. Came in with a cut I had gotten a few days prior that I was not happy with and Andrew completely turned it around. Easily one of the best haircuts I have ever gotten. Highly recommend could not be happier!

I wish I would have checked the reviews before making an appointment. Now looking at the reviews I can see that ownership and management aren't concerned with what their customers are saying about them. Don't waste your time setting up an appointment online. I set my appointment for 10:25 am (weird time, but I went ahead). I got to the shop at 10:20 just to be a little early. When I walked up to the front desk the girl didn't even look up and I told her that I set up an appointment online. She just barks out "What's your name." extremely rude. I gave her my name and said someone will be with you shortly. I took a seat and waited. As THREE other customers just walked in they were taken right back. Seating there I watched as two other barbers were just standing there chatting to the receptionist. I waited for 25 minutes and still no service. If they were really busy I would understand but this is on a Sunday morning. I finally got up and left and when I was walking out the door they said "Stan we can take you now." I just kept walking. Never again. Be warned! Don't waste your time going to this place. Terrible service. Look at their reviews and save yourself the headache.

Kinda pricey for a basic cut and trim. The girl who i see is GREAT she should have her own place she is literally the only reason i go here. What they lack in confory they make up for in people
Update 4/2/24
Recently went in for a cut and they changed my stylist without telling me and the new one give me the creeps. Went to schedule with my normal person again and apparently they no longer work here. Guess ill have to find a new place for cuts.
