I took my 12 year old here for a kids cut and the stylist didn't listen to his the whole time he was sitting in the chair, cut off more than he wanted and left him frustrated and in tears. How dare her tell me that I should have been sitting next to him to help out. How about you listen to you customers when they say they want a certain cut. It was very specific and he even gave you detailed instructions. You ignored them and did what you thought he wanted. Won't be back. Can't believe they only offered a $5 discount. It should have been free.

Appointment was at 2. They called. I said I was parking. Walked in at 2:06. They said I now had to wait until 330. Haircuts are decent, but this place has the worst service, every time.

Gary is the best. He is a master of his art, and gives me an amazing haircut every time. I drive into downtown Denver from way up north just to get my hair cut from him. Furthermore, he personable, funny, respectful and an all around good human. I've been coming to him regularly for over a year, and as long as he's there, I will continue coming in just to see him. Thanks Gary. You're rad. Recognition is deserved for the rest of the staff. I've been to a lot of different Floyd's over the years, and the staff here has consistently been the most friendly and knowledgeable. It seems like a healthy group of cool people.

I've been going to the Broaday location since 2014. Over time, there have been lots of new faces, and unfortunately, a steady decline in consistency of cuts. Since the stylists I used to see regularly have moved on, I've tried a number of different stylists to find someone I like. While there are a few people that are solid, I've had my share of bad haircuts in recent years.
However, the bigger issue I have is that it is rare to ever get in at the time of my scheduled appointment. No joke, in the last 2+ years, I can't recall a single time I've waited less than 5-10 minutes and in more than few cases, about 15-30 minutes. I'm a busy professional, and my time matters to me, but it's clear that it doesn't matter to Floyds. What's the point of taking appointments if you're always behind. Also, I appreciated the call to let me know you were running late, as I was literally about to walk on the door (insert sarcasm).
They did comp my cut since i was visibly frustrated, which i appreciate and will give them another chance. Nonetheless, I'm close to giving up on Floyds.

The people are so sweet, very nice to talk to, and just seem like overall great people. The service was great - quick but not too quick, very nicely done, and there was no pressure about anything I wasn’t sure I wanted! Little shoutout- Vee was so sweet and I will absolutely be booking with her in the future, probably her every single time and if not I will be seeing if Gary has any openings! He also seems like a wonderful and super cool person! But overall everyone in the shop is so kind and friendly and the whole shop is just a very welcoming in general!

The stylists always take care of my son’s haircut. They listen to him and ask questions about what he’s wanting, instead of asking me. Which I love! Because it’s his hair, not mine. They are always so kind.

Mercedes C at the 1092 Broadway location was such a radical experience. Her outfit was bright and colorful - loved the orange bandana, blue? lipstick and pigtails. Engaging conversationalist; personable and herself. Cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. I would definitely have her cut my wig again.

This is so sad… I went on Tuesday to get a haircut cut.. I showed her pictures and videos of I wanted. And had a very bad experience in this place. I don't know if all stylists are like this, but the woman who cut my hair (an older woman with blue in her bangs and glasses) I showed her images of what I wanted, something very simple and she left me with some very ugly layers, I think it's the ugliest haircut I've ever had in my life... I feel like I can't do any hairstyle and it affected my self-esteem. I don't feel comfortable and I don't know what to do to fix it.

This was the best experience I have ever had! Mercedes was awesome! I wasn’t really sure what I wanted done just that I wanted it short. She came up with an awesome idea and it looks great!! She also let me know I could donate my hair and where I could so my haircut was free ? they are always so nice and welcoming when I go there no matter who’s at the front desk or who is my stylist!
