Their in store rep Chuck was awesome. He gave me great advice regarding color matching of tiles, grout and mortar selection. He and Marjon then loaded 170o0 lbs of tile into my truck. Floor and Decor has always been awesome.

The staff here is incredible! Cory and James went out of their way to make sure I could pick up the large slabs the next day. Very grateful.
