I participated in their 30 Day Fat Loss Challenge and this review is a requirement of that. That said, I do recommend FitWall. I have completed this challenge and have definitely noticed changes in my body. I can seen more definition to my arms and legs, and my posture even has gotten better (I feel and am stronger all around). The instructors are really sweet and I do enjoy them. The wall can be very intimating at first, and I still feel intimated by it. Everyday of the week is a different workout class, some more wall heavy than others. If you are looking to give FitWall a try, I highly recommend going on different days of the week to find which one(s) you like best. Though this challenge is over, I do intend to still go to FitWall classes.

I really enjoy the classes and the use of the wall is very unique. I love that classes are 40 minutes because you can easily work it into your day. I lost 4 inches of fat around my body in a month by just going 2-4 times per week for 40 minutes. Highly recommend. Love Anthony as an instructor, very good vibes and fun energy. Everyone is great.

Review4/5The staff is really great, friendly and helpful - especially Anthony and Christy. It’s great they give an opportunity to try the gym with the 4 week challenge, although its mostly on focused on weight/inches lost, which can be a narrow approach to a healthy lifestyle. The facility has everything you’d need at a gym- parking, lockers, showers. I mostly liked the style of workouts because they are strength training but because they are trying to fit a lot in only 40 minutes it can feel rushed. Because of the fast pace, it was very easy to have bad form when doing the strength exercises. While the workout is 40 minutes, the class usually ends up being 50 min if you want time to stretch afterwards. The interesting thing about the actual Fitwall is that you don’t use it very often (a lot of the strength exercise, you don’t really need it - think squats, lunges, push ups). When it was time to use it, I would slow down because jumping on a slippery surface with a small ledge just didn’t feel safe.To improve, it’d be great if they had a “new to strength training” class for beginners to learn the type of exercises you’d be doing and get a gauge of your current strength. It would also be great if users could track their own strength progress with a sheet or in the app. So if you started doing on 3 push-ups and after a month, you could do 10, thats a huge improvement and not just a metric focused on weight-loss (which usually comes anyway if you are pitting in the work).Overall I would recommended the gym.

Fitwall is a great place for a good workout with friendly, encouraging instructors! I really enjoyed the 30 day challenge, I got stronger and more toned.

Love these workouts. They have the perfect mix of new and fun workouts hitting different muscle groups and alternating equipment. There is opportunities for repetition so you can gauge progression and improvements.

Fitwall highlands is the gym I’ve been going to for my last 14 workouts and I have to admit that I love it! I’ve noticed a huge change in my body. Even after all the yoga sculpt, orange theory, and Pilates classes I’ve done. I find these hit workouts are extremely effective, thoughtful and dynamic! The gym, the teachers and the environment are very clean and the workouts are super motivating. I’ve lost 4.75 inches around my body in a month and nearly 10 pounds. With cleaner eating and 3 workouts a week I’m feeling amazing for summer! - Kiki

Had a great experience here, everyone was encouraging and cool to talk to!Definitely a good workout that left me sore all over (in a good way!), even though you're in a group it still feels like you can go at the pace you need and feel supported. The classes aren't super long either, I went to ones that were only 45 mins long, and it's a great workout for that time.I definitely recommend this place!

Fitwall is amazing. I had signed up to do the 30-day challenge at first I had no clue what I was doing as I never had a workout routine. As I showed up everyday it got easier ! Especially having the different coaches help guide and motivate you. Would definitely recommend coming here !

I have nothing but good things to say about Fitwall! The 40 minute workouts are very effective for whole body toning and muscle build. I completed the 30 day fat loss challenge--including the easy-to-follow meal plan (with great recipes!) and supplemented with a bit of my own cardio outside of the classes. Down 13.2 lbs and 10 inches in 30 days--it truly works and is sustainable beyond the 30 days if you are committed to it!The coaches make it a priority to know your name and are friendly and full of energy at 6 am--that does not go unnoticed and is very appreciated. It is evident that a lot of time and thought is put into the workout planning to make sure they are producing results. Would recommend all around!

I love going to classes at Fitwall! They are just long enough to whip you into shape but short enough to fit into a busy day. The instructors always know how to keep things interesting with new moves too.

Awesome workout, welcoming environment for beginners (was our first time) and a real challenge. Turns out Friday is the hard day and we didn’t know. Drew was awesome, worked us hard and kept the vibes up.

Fitwall is the best!! The workouts are super fun and always challenge me to get stronger. The coaches all really care about their members and want to see you achieve no matter where you are in your fitness journey. They are thoughtful with modifications and are endlessly encouraging. The cycle of workouts is the perfect length to see myself get stronger every week while also keeping the classes fun and interesting. A wonderful community. Highly recommend!!

If you're looking for a gym that's class based, energizing, fun and care about supporting an owner who is a good person, and treats their team well,This is the gym. The trainers are integrated throughout the company and empowered to implement their different skills inside of classes and training. It's the kind of place you know operated on kindness and respect. I've been coming for 3.5 years through the pandemic, and it really is just a supportive, friendly community with very challenging training.

I love Fitwall! I signed up for the 30 day fat loss challenge but will definitely be coming back for more. Everyone is so kind and the trainers work hard to make you feel at home while still challenging you to do your absolute best! I love the group workout set up and that the coaches will come over and help with your form if it looks off or if you seem confused. I don't like cardio, but I love coming to these classes as it is strength, cardio, and flexibility all in 40 mins! Great way to squeeze a workout in if you are a busy person. I'd 100% recommend. I also really appreciate the screens that show how to do the workouts above each wall just incase you didn't catch it the first time or feel as if your form isn't correct!
