I ordered two fireplaces which I was told were in "stock". I was also told these two items would ship within two weeks (not to mention I paid several thousands of dollars for these items). The fireplaces were ordered in January and I did not receive these two items until late March. I got the run around about the shipping status, I kept getting told that I would receive a tracking number which I received literally a week before they arrived to my residence. Communication was horrible, I would receive a call from one person on the team and ten minutes later receive a different call from a different team member with totally opposite news. This was the worst experience I have dealt with. It also caused our renovation project to be pushed back multiple times due to the incompetence of this business. Worst communication and unprofessionalism!! Invest your money elsewhere! Save yourself some headaches!!

Good place to purchase products, but DO NOT expect to get technical support from this location. It simply will not happen, no matter how much you beg for help. Their follow up on warrantee work is dismal at best. I went FIVE MONTHS trying to get a technician to help with issues on an insert I bought at their now closed Fort Collins store. I understand why it closed. However, the Colorado Springs store is fantastic with product support and came all the way to Fort Collins to help me.

We worked with Cameron to order a Napoleon gas fireplace. He was helpful at every step of the way and transparent about the ordering process and product availability. We ultimately chose this distributor because of the variety of price points and ability to order and self-install (there were other attractive distributor options in Denver, but many did not have the option to self-install).

Initially, great. Fireplace installed. It has always had a squeak. Always...but you could find a place for the fan to blow without a lot of noise.However, try getting service! First...for someone to come out is hundreds of dollars. Money aside, I emailed...crickets. Called and left a message...crickets. Finally got someone on the phone and then got a time slot. Moved everything around in the schedule, as you do when someone is coming to your home, and then they didn't come. I called at the end of the time slot and left a voicemail...crickets. Finally, I called again an hour after the time slot and got someone who said, "oh, that's for tomorrow". Of course, I wouldn't have scheduled it for the next day because I'm out of town. So...we're trying another time for me to have the dubious privilege of paying hundreds of dollars if I'm lucky enough to have someone come.

Fireplace warehouse helped me after I lost my home in the Marshall Fire. I needed someone to come up to finish final set up prior to inspection and their owner, Bob, personally came up to my home on a Saturday and his day off to take care of this and get me through that inspection. He was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help!

Technician was on time and got right down to business cleaning the unit. As he took it apart, he explain to me the parts of the unit and it’s operation. He explained how to take it off without doing any damage. He also spent time with me explaining how to use the controller. This was the first time we had an opportunity to have some insight about the fireplace unit from fireplace warehouse. When the technician was done he cleaned up thoroughly and left. Very friendly. Good pricing.

We recently had a fan installed in our Napoleon fireplace. We experienced a very distinct humming sound that was so annoying we could not use the fan on the fireplace. Bob came out and understood our concerns, spending time adjusting the fan and eventually changing it out with a different design. It worked! We are very pleased with the follow up on this issue and their willingness to have a satisfied customer. Thank you Bob!

Our sales rep, Cameron, was super helpful in making sure we had everything we needed for our new fireplace. The lead installer, Richard, came out to our house several times to make sure everything was being done right. Overall a great experience and our new fireplace is awesome!
