Customer service was not there at all. I should have read the reviews before heading here…. If I could give zero stars I would All employees acted like they were to good to help and when asked if they had the shoe they said no instead of looking when I looked online and it said the shoes where in stock prior to me driving out there. Town center finish line definitely beats this location hands down… first and last time going to this location……. also where are your uniforms

Came here Saturday at 7:47 after driving from downtown and checking the hours beforehand. They already had the door locked not letting anyone in and they were closing more than a an hour early. The finish line in cherry creek sucks and so does this one. Time to find a new place to shop!

I just wanted to state how horrible the service I received was. I am aware that I walked in ten minutes before closing but there was a better way the associates could have handled the situation. My family and I were looking for shoes for my younger brother. Instead of asking if we needed help or anything, we were greeted with the "let them know." Which I immediately knew meant for the associate to let us know they closed in ten minutes. I work in retail management and I know this could have been handled better. I just want to make sure this makes it to the store manager for better training. I know people are tired and want to go home but I will be letting everyone know about this store's horrible customer service along with the level of hostility.

Very friendly customer service was not busy so I got in and right out came out with two pairs of shoes some for me and the Hubby and their pet friendly ?

I just called this store and spoke to Matt after calling 3 unhelpful stores and he was great he helped me with what I was looking for and answered all questions I had and waited as I looked up shoes he was naming off I’m very impressed and glad he help e me today ! Thank you Matt
