WENDY IS THE NAME OF THE WORKER WHO GAVE US THE WORST SERVICE OF MY LIFE, Super despotic and incompetent... we bought some shoes online and we wanted to change them for pink ones because the black ones didn't look very feminine and this lady tells my wife that it can't be done because they looked used, I will upload a photo of what they look like so that the rest is history, their treatment was terrible and I was shocked how the treatment was so bad and they didn't even give us a single A solution in this regard is astonishing, DON'T COME HERE EVER!! There is no guarantee if I could give them 0 I would give it to them for being so miserable

Very clean and organized shoes store, all the staffs are very nice and friendly, definitely recommend this store over other shoe stores

So my last visit to finish line at cherry creek mall was not very pleasant. I understand teenagers need jobs and have to learn responsibilities. But when you have customers spending $100’s of dollars and you have a kid I’m sorry a young man that supposed to take care of you has not been trained. I don’t blame the young man. Finish line should train their employees better. I went in last time bought some black cat 3s and wasn’t even offered to try them on. I still bought them because I wanted them. Like a dummy. I posted a negative review and they told me to contact them on some site that I could not connect to. I really want to go back to the same store as it’s right down the street and buy some more shoes but I’m a little hesitant.

The worst experience ever , I was trying to buy shoes for $160 and they didn’t let me try both of them , the manager told me that I can only try one shoe , I can’t wear both to feel them , what a stupid policy

I recently got gifted a Soft Glow Juicy Couture tracksuit from here, but it got completely ruined after one wash. I didn’t even get to wear it. The color changed to a pale blue hue, and the zipper broke off. I followed the care instructions, and this still happened. I went in to see if they’d be able to refund me or exchange it with the receipt and tags, and they said they couldn’t do anything about it as it was damaged, which is weird considering they were selling them dirty to begin with. $237 down the drain. I don’t recommend this store at all.

No matter the time of year, time of day, and etc. Their customer service is VERY poor. VERY POOR. You have to pretty much beg for service at all and don't expect it to be timely or quick in the least. Then once you get service you will wait 20-30 mins for the associates to grab your size. They grab the shoe then place it at the register with another associate who doesn't inform you that your shoes are ready to purchase. No sense of urgency or decent customer service. We spend $250.00 to $1000.00 everytime we have come here, and the 5 times we have shopped here, each time we get terrible service. Do better, especially being in the Cherry Creek Mall. We already have to pay to shop here.

I like this store a lot and I usually find what I need, this time Miss Wendy's attention was very bad, she makes a bad face all the time, she responds reluctantly and serves at the checkout in a rude manner, the boys were the ones In the end they helped me with a good attitude but I did find her terrible and I don't like people who work like that, it's better to find a place where she at least smiles.

MIKE was an absolute problem today. He took our request for shoe sizes and we waiting for so long that the store cleared out... we still didn't have the shoes. My daughter went to follow up on her shoes and he cut her off to get on the radio to call for them. Rude.
You would think we'd get the shoes on a second request, nope. I had to approach the register and waited for him to finish his transaction to ask a 3rd time for my kids shoes. Guess what... he finished the transaction SPUN AROUND TO NOT LOOK AT ME STANDING THERE AND ACT LIKE I DIDNT EXIST!!!!!!!
I said loudly HELLO? His body language carried all the attitude I bet his mouth wanted to express. I asked for the shoes, he said the back room still has to pull them... OK this other customer that just walked in already got her 5 pairs of shoes and we'd been there for so long with no shoes. Explain that MIKE! I told him cancel the request that he obviously never made and I asked for the manager. They claim no manager on site or on the schedule all weekend. I asked when does a manager work next, "can't release that information". Great, what's the managers name "can't release that information"....! ARE YOU SERIOUS?!
Then I call the store after leaving to ask again. Mike answers, he says a Supervisor is on staff to talk to, cool I want that person. Daisy gets on the phone and she says she's the Assistant Manager HAHAHAHA WHAT?! Either they're lying to not get reported or doing the most to avoid dealing with a customer complaint.
CORPORATE BETTER RESTAFF THIS STORE. WE WERENT THE ONLY ONES BEING IGNORED.

Literally the worst finish line ever. Lmao it’s actually crazy this store is in business with such non existent customer service. I went to grab a pair of shoes from the wall and asked a sales associate if they had it in size 9.5 the sales associate then walks the one shoe to the front placed it on the table and begins to chat with another co worker. I assumed maybe that they were going to go look for another size or check to see if it’s in stock. Literally 10/15 minutes pass by and the shoe is still up front. At this point I’m fed up and just left, It’s crazy to me how they literally do not have a care in the world. I would rather go to any other shoe store in the state before buying from here.

Stupidity at its finest.. bought a pair of sweatpants that were too big... brought the Sweat pants back leas then 4 hours after purchasing them with the recipe. I took the tags off the Sweatpants before trying them on. I came back to the store to exchange them for a smaller size. I was told they couldn't exchange them because the tags were not attached. I asked the associate to show me on the recipe where that policy is stated. She couldn't. I asked her to get her manager...the manager who's name is Wendy... would not exchange them even though the tags were in the bag and I clearly hadn't worn them. I told her "so you're gonna make me go next door to another stop and have them attach the tags" she said yes!!!. So I literally went next door and they attached the tags. I took the Sweatpants back and the manager Wendy exchanged them!! Stupidity at its finest!!! I own a custom sneaker business and buy all of my stock Af1s from this store..... Never again... footlocker or somewhere else from now on!!! Don't go to this store in Cherry Creek mall...

Most disorganized store ever! It’s going to take forever to get a shoe, you have to walk up to them, the person who took your shoe size won’t grab it. They’re all bunched at the counter doing nothing. Your shoe comes out like 30 min later. They will also lose the other one they don’t bring you. I asked for a smaller size and she goes “I think that’s the smallest size, but I’ll let you know.” Waited for 30 min she never let me know so I went up to her and said they don’t have that size. Would’ve been nice to know. Biggest waist of time ever don’t go in
