Amazing attention to detail here, got the ultimate wash and they put my car through twice after inspecting the first time and it wasn't quite perfect. The way they clean the mats is above and beyond--so impressive. And friendly to boot, I highly recommend!

Friendly staff, lovely " senorita" at check out with a great smile...I had a freebie coupon and got a wash and detail. I felt bad because I thought it was automated so did not give a tip. But next time I will dor sure! They did a great job!

This place is ok. I love the touch less. I just don’t understand why it takes soooo long, not busy at all- about 10 cars max. Approximately 45 min process.

Slowest car wash I’ve ever been to. I’m a VIP member at this car wash and I’m going to stop going here. It shouldn’t take over an hour to get my car through the tunnel, vacuum and dust and dry. They usually do a good, thorough job but over an hour to wait for a basic car was is unacceptable!

They don't do the job well, I told them to vacuum all the rugs but since they were double they didn't pass it on to the ones below and I told them if they have to charge more I'll pay. I didn't like the service. It doesn't have quality

I have been a customer of this Car wash since February of this year, I like how they do their work but I realize that the prices vary a lot even though I am a customer with a VIP card. They have an ad where they offer hand washing for $60, but never respecting the previous price, for my truck they charge me 100 dollars and my wife's $80. Up to this point I can put up with it but lately their work has been reduced to just vacuuming the truck and cleaning the glasses for that price. Well at least that's what they told me when I complained about the poor quality of cleaning and service they are offering.

My 2015 Honda looks like new! After a month of driving out to see my horse on a dirt rode my car needed more than a bath!
Thank you Finish Line for the excellent detail job that took about 40 minutes. Impressive!

This place is AWFUL. It took 25 min just for my car to go through the exterior wash. I will never come here again. It took 45 minutes for a car wash. Going back to waterway.

Like many of the other people leaving reviews, I too can attest to the fact that this place will damage your property and do nothing about it. I got an interior detail and they forget my floor mats! I had to drive 30 mins to go back to get them and to my surprise when I got them - There was a MASSIVE hole in one of my floor mats. I asked them to check the footage to see what happened but their camera quality is VERY POOR (Witnessed with my own eyes) which makes plausible deniability even easier for them. The hole in my mat is on the driver’s side and not even in a place that my foot would rest. I take very great care of my car and am 100% certain that I had no holes or damage before taking my car there. A terrible experience overall from the negligence of “forgetting my floor mats” to retrieving them with new damage. If you want to ignore all of the reviews saying that they damage your car without doing anything about it, at least take pictures of your car WITH TIMESTAMPS before trusting them with it

Cannot recommend this car wash site and will never return. They charged me $39 for a in/out wash which didn't include the floor mats. Plus a $1 WAGON UP CHARGE for a Honda Civic!!! They weren't that busy this morning. Waited 50 minutes and they were still not done. The staff is slow and lazy. They don't have one person per car working until it's finished. The staff bounces from one car to the next performing only one short chore. My car is NOT clean and I'm not happy for being ripped off. So if you have time and money to waste for an inadequate car wash, go there.

When taking your car to this place, please make sure to document exactly how it looks before they get a chance to clean it. I took my car there today and these scratches suddenly appeared on it. When talking to the “manager”, he said that those were dog scratches and they weren’t responsible for it. I don’t have a dog. Please make yourself, and your car, a favor and avoid their terrible service.
