I work with a ton of title companies and Fidelity National Title is phenomenal in the field and raises the bar of expectations which is high already. FNT's resources, services, and customer service are excellent and unapparelled. Special and sincere thanks to Tiffiny Malafronte (closer) who is as professional, as she is skilled, as she is patient. Tiffiny is completely dedicated to getting transactions closed while providing excellent communication between parties. You cannot go wrong having a transaction managed and closed here. Kevin Byrne runs a great office & does a terrific job. My processor & I were very happy with the job done to help us get clear to close. Kevin also made sure we had a top tier notary to close us since our borrowers were using a POA. Brandi Solano with At Your Request Notary was awesome!

We paid our earnest money for a home purchase that ended up falling through after the inspection. We requested the money to be refunded and provided our address on Monday, October 9th. We were told it would be put in the mail on Monday, October 16th. On Monday, October 23rd, I called because I hadn't received the check yet and was told that it hadn't been mailed yet because someone was out on PTO. Totally unacceptable. On Friday, October 27th, I still hadn't received the check and called again. I was told the check was put into the mail but couldn't be tracked. Who mails $5,000 and doesn't use priority mail?? It certainly doesn't take 5 days to send a letter from Cherry Creek to downtown, so it seems the check wasn't mailed when they said it would be. I'm shocked by how careless they've been with our money and would warn anyone to use caution before using this company.

Nena was absolutely amazingly over the top helpful! She truly went the extra mile! I had been dealing with another title company that was not not helpful at all, was not giving me any answers or solutions. I decided to call Fidelity instead to see if I could get some documents from the old closing and Nena explained things well and was so helpful even though this is not her current transaction! She gave me solutions and answers! So kind, helpful and saved me so much time and money! Thank you Nena!

After many experiences with Fidelity on both the buy /sell side of the contract I noted a disconnect between closer and client recently.My last experience on 08/20/2021 was the worst ever.What a humiliating experience. If you are okay with a substitute closer who you do not know, who never introduces themselves, cannot explain 1031 exchange questionnaire, and at the end of the meeting states” you are free to go” ( was I a hostage?) give them all your business.These folks suck. There are many choices out there , do some research.Carolyn Pierce

Fidelity National Title sent hundreds of thousands of dollars to the wrong account. Let that sink in. They had one job. We sold our house and they were paid to facilitate the transaction (basically push paper). They made a mistake while transferring the balance of our mortgage and sent our loan payoff to my checking account, instead of our mortgage account. Worse, then they accused me of being ugly on the phone when I was hurriedly working to fix their mistake. Use another company, not these clowns.

My favorite title company because of Jim Cimino and Petra Hellvig. They are THE BEST. I've helped buyers & sellers through over 60 closings and these folks are simply the most reliable & on target. Fidelity will be my #1 title choice as long as my favorite closers are there!
