My experience interacting with Caleb has seemed professional he really knows his stuff when it comes to having questions on the pluming side of things, witch is not my strong suit he’s great at helping with finding solutions to problems you may have. He’s a good guy and great on the grill every Wednesday he’s out in the back of the warehouse grilling up breakfast free to anyone, also pretty cool because you can grab a plate and walk through the aisles and shop for what ever your there for grabbing a quick bite to eat before the job.i see no laziness here from any of the coworkers didn’t catch the guys name but he was quick to get the door for me when I had my hands cool on this snowy day I would definitely recommend this pluming supply store. I’ll definitely be coming back to shop here especially for the free breakfast every Wednesday made by Caleb.

Big shot out to Caleb he helped me with some serious plumbing questions on a water coil and found us more parts in town for what we needed in a hurry

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service from this location. The laziest people you’ll ever meet and good luck ever trying to get anyone at this location to answer the phone. Literally you can call 100 times in a row all day everyday and not a single one of the lazy children that work there can gather the energy to simply pick a phone up and answer it. I suggest using any winneslon plumbing supply instead. Not only is Winnelson customer service amazing but you also don’t wait hours for your order to be picked too like you do with Ferguson.

Buyer be ware! A Viking refrigerator & Freezer ordered and payed for a YEAR ago and still not delivered! They’re sorry and working on it…(?) Beside ourselves. Can you imagine living in a kitchen without a refrigerator and freezer for a year!?!?!
