The young man working was very kind and helpful. I was having trouble getting the self service printer to read my files and he stayed late past closing time helping me to print them. I didn't realize the closing time had changed from 9pm to 7pm so it was truly a lifesaver as I'm getting on a 9am flight in the morning! Thank you!

This FedEx location has always been at the ready to help me with printing. Many times I am in a hurry and I email my print job over to them, knowing that it will be ready when I arrive at the store. That was again the case today. I walked in, and there were three people in line. Erin already had the print job finished and ready for me…I didn’t have to wait. Doug Is amazing…his customer service and the excellence with which he manages his team is second to none. I appreciate each of them for the stellar work that they do. It’s really nice to have a team that knows who I am and that goes the extra mile to make sure that I have what I need…every time. Thank you, Doug, and your team for being so consistently extraordinary.

Five stars for this location.
One star for the Fedex delivery driver for 80231. This driver leaves packages anywhere but at the delivery location. This driver should be fired but instead Fedex allows the problem to continue. I have made numerous complaints to Fedex and they don't seem to care.

They do it all, quickly, and reasonably priced. I send packages to my brother in a nursing home in Florida, and I can brighten his life every other week for less than $20. Everything arrives when expected, even when the weather is impossible, and I am sending treats like cookies and they arrive in perfect condition.

There is a guy named Set who works here and he's the nicest person . Always do everything he can to help customers. With a big smile. I wish more businesses would have their customer service!!Thank you ??????The locksmith ?

Don't go there and print.I was charged $20.13 for a 20 copies #32 type of paper. They do charge an additional $2.50 Surcharge. When I asked if they have a cutting machine, I was told, an additional of $1.50 so they will cut it for me so I said, I can do it by myself.Additionally, I felt anxious, fearing the staff may have copied my other files, as he didn't show me his screen while keep clicking his mouse. Tip: Avoid handing them a USB containing other documents."With all the money/additional charges he was asking, it's just difficult to trust.

These guys are fantastic! Every time I go in, the service is fast and efficient. Even in the busy Christmas season! And they always tell you all of the options. I highly recommend them!

If these reviews were based on the current staff, the overall score would be much higher. I used to avoid this location even though it is right next to my house due to the very unpleasant former manager. Now, I ship here multiple times every week and haven't had a single issue. Doug, Erin and Set are all awesome, lovely, and very helpful people.
