Jenn was so helpful! I came in on a time crunch and she was able to help me figure out how to get everything I need printed and also laminated! This was while she was already busy with other jobs. It truly made my day. I will prioritize going back to this location for all my business printing. Thank you!

Easily the best customer experience I’ve had at a FedEx Office store. Maddox was an absolute pro who answered all of my questions and offered some creative solutions to my problems. In addition, he was one of the most polite and professional associates. He should be commended for his professionalism.

Staff are friendly and competent and my print orders always come out great. Same-day printing actually means same-day printing (unlike my experiences with UPS stores).I will not go anywhere else for my business's printing needs. Thank you, team!

A NIGHTMARE. Sent to this location for pickup--mine and others' were given to "C MASON" without proper ID, etc.Laura, (inept) Manager, disputing FedEx online info suggested it never reached her store.Laura refused to assist in any manner, including.:Ck time out (along with others)Ck Surveillance at timeSpk with Employee who processed transactionThe Sender (my incredibly good mail service) did her job for her; Initiated an investigation.Laura is a disgrace to the FedEx family and an embarrassment to all customer service professionals.
