I needed to print 100 pages by EOD and came in to the store frantic. The manager Tim said it was no problem and had the rush order done in 20 minutes. Thank you so much! You saved the day.

The workers are very nice, professional and capable but the self service print from phone really sucks. After waiting 10 minutes for the return email to print out my document, I decided to use the computer to try to print my document the old way. Later I saw that the return email arrived 20 minutes later. The on site computer system charged me a $5 dollar minimum to use the computer and printer at $0.75/minute. It took over 5 minutes for the computer to log me in, send security verifications to my phone and email and it stalled right before I could print out. The system prompted me to authorize another $5. The attendant on duty there wasn't much help - acting like that was the normal course of business there - to be charged more than $5 to print a two page document. I'll never go back there to use that service again. What a rip off!

Zero stars. I was told for $47.99 a package will be delivered tomorrow by 8pm. I sent the tracking number to the recipient and noticed the delivery date is 3 days out. I called the store to clarify the discrepancy and was told, "Today is technically Monday - not even the President of the United States could have a package delivered on a Sunday." When I asked why I was told it would be next day and charged the next day delivery price - he hung up on me.

I came in with a giant, oddly sized PDF document that I was trying to get printed. Ashton put in a ton of extra work making the job perfect! No other printing place in Denver has staff that compares!

Ashton was an all-star to this Denver visitor when I needed to ship posters and excess baggage back just hours before a flight home. I greatly appreciated his professional approach to my questions and concerns regarding each step of the shipping and retail process. My company had an event in the building and I was able to email the sign requirements to obtain a quote. A link to the art files was emailed and the signs were produced and ready for when I arrived. We did have a sign missing from what was to have been printed but Ashton offered a solution in the event the sign was delayed before the start of our event. Also, the plastic sign holder feet were also delayed so we were provided something to use until they arrived. I appreciated how Ashton provided solutions to ensure our event went smoothly.

Came in to print several pictures out. I would normally email and print them myself using the print and go but it was taking a long time for them to load. They were able to print them for me and I appreciate it! Ashton and the two ladies were helpful and courteous to everyone that walked in, including me. Even when a customer seemed to be not that pleasant they were courteous. I appreciate you all!
