Above and beyond service. Today (6/12/24) I had a package to pick up i assumed would be fairly small so i decided to ride my motorcycle in to pick it up. Surprisingly the package was not small at all and wouldnt completely fit in my backpack. These great people tried helping every way they could to make sure i could take the package home safely without it falling out while i rode home. They even offered to give me some bunjie cords to make sure everything stayed secure. Very much appreciate both of the emplyees working that evening and being so friendly and helpful. They are very quick, professional, and very kind if you can show a little kindness and patience in return.

Every single time fedex is delivering a package i know there will be an issue and i have to call in to get them to figure it out there drivers are either lazy or stupid one of the 2

They never tried to deliver it. It was signed as delivered and apparently sent back to shipper. But shipper has not received it. I regret admitting to the worker on phone it was my medicine. Also it is impossible to call this location.

Came in 2 times and still didn't have my package they said they would have it on hold and came in after a 30 min drive just for it to be on the road and unable to use my mail box so now gotta wait for it to get to the facility again very frustrating just for a package I definitely won't be using fed ex anymore after this.

I went in yesterday to get help with making a return shipment and the woman refused to help me saying she couldn't do anything that they don't deliver to the carrier and blah blah blah. Went to a different FedEx location and they helped me NO PROBLEM! Very disappointed with the customer service at this location its very rude and disrespectful to treat your customers like that, I hope others have a better experience.

Haven't had a single good experience with FedEx, ever.
Wish I was joking about that too.
Any package I've ever had delivered by them is late.
Any employee I've ever interacted with has some sort of attitude problem.
I genuinely believe FedEx should go bankrupt and that every single company should switch to an alternate shipping service, because you are doing a disservice to anyone by using FedEx as a carrier.
Any company with actual dignity and care avoids using FedEx because of the frustrations they create.
Fix your entire company, FedEx.
Fire every single employee that doesn't put an effort towards fast shipping services and good customer support, because what you're doing now is NOT working.

Horrible place. Package got lost because they put a sticker on it that said “wrong address”.Get the package and it was indeed the correct address. Just assuming we weren’t on the drivers route.
