This location is FedEx express only, and only shipping facility. But. For overnight packages, this place is a life saver. Missed the drop off time? Driver picked up from your neighborhood drop off too early and you missed them? No worries! 8pm is the cutoff here for overnight! Impressive since most other places are 4:30pm or 5:00pm tops! It’s a bit weird to find the correct parking since they also have a trucks parking and multiple
Employee parking, but once you get the hang of how to get there, you’ll have a great experience. Both people that are in the counters are always super helpful and nice. I would recommend to get the packages ready since they get busy with all the shipments for the airlines

Delivered this morning and got an empty trailer with 8 water bottles in it (most likely from the workers who unloaded it). It's almost as if they don't know how to throw out their own trash like normal people. Please do better, instead of leaving trailers trashed.

Customer service clerk switched the shipping labels for two packages, so the packages went to the wrong places. I went up there for a refund and the clerk blamed me. I am not sure how it is my fault since she printed the labels and placed them on the packages, which I purposely separated to prevent confusion). The same clerk could not issue me a refund because she did not know how to look up my order even though I had the tracking number. She claims FedEx has not trained her to do anything. She gave me a phone number for the location, which no one ever picks up. She gave me the direct email of the manager whom never responded to my request. This location has no public number. I have to keep calling the automated number, which today told me they could not find either of my tracking numbers, even though the billing department told me to wait to call until today because it takes their billing system a few weeks to catch up with their shipping system, so I would not be able to even request a refund until 2 weeks after I shipped the packages. I will never ship with FedEx again in my life. Too many issues. I am out $50 plus the cost and time it took me to take the toll to this location.

Not sure what caused FedEx to suddenly forget how to properly deliver packages, or show good customer support when they make a mistake, but FedEx won't deliver to me due to too many recent, but justified complaints about driver negligence.Parking heavy duty truck in freshly poured driveway that isn't rated to support the weight of truck. (FedEx response. Driver informed. Hasn't happened again. Good)Multiple signs saying to leave large packages in front of garage ignored for a while, but eventually fixed.Leaning boxes that say do not stand on end against garage door. Wasn't notified of delivery, opened garage and products crash down into the garage causing damage. (FedEx response. Driver informed)Caught driver in the act the second time, pointed out to not lean them, driver kicked boxes over, didn't finish delivery and speed off. (FedEx response. Refuse to deliver here without informing me of this decision, resulting in a major loss of my time and revenue... Thanks?. Ask to talk to a supervisor, get hung up on. Try again, get shuffled around and eventually hung up on again. ?)Rating may or may not change pending resolutions.
