I was just told by the employee that worked there that they don’t have packing capabilities. And they don’t have a scanner to scan retail return barcodes. Guess this place is just for looks!

So unbelievable slow, they are shorthanded and half the employees are just standing around or outside smoking instead of helping any customers. Took over 10 minutes just to hand them a letter all ready to mail. I will never waste my time here again.
