horrible. go somewhere else. took them over a half hour to transact basic shipping for a package and in all that time they couldn’t even do it right. my disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined

This is drop off only inside the office Depot store, you can't weigh and print a label. Very bizarre Office Depot ...it's very empty of merchandise and very few employees like it's about to close the location.
