It's the Customer service desk, but many of the employees here don't even know that. Nobody staffs the desk either. It took over 10 minutes of tracking down various members of their staff, and being passed off between them, to finally drop off my package.

This FedEx location does not take large parcels do not bring anything more than 10 boxes if the boxes are anything larger than 18 x 18 x 12 do not bring to this location

This is basically the customer service desk at Safeway, but I found it very convenient to drop off my pre-labeled FedEx package. The service desk is located right by the front door, and it only took moments to ship.
