Zero stars if I could. Avoid at all costs.
As others have stated, it's nigh impossible to find because it's on the C level and there are zero signs pointing you where to go. The person working at the FedEx once I found it said "because we are inside the hotel, we don't have access to the QR scanning system." So even though it's falsified as a fulls service FedEx, it apparently is not.
There was a convention going on when I tried to do my returns and all I heard were confused conversations about how they were supposed to find their way around. The hotel just sucks.

ON LEVEL “C” OF THE SHERATON. This location is extremely hard to find and not all elevators have a C button. There is little to no signage in the Sheraton pointing you to the correct floor. Good luck.This location also has a chart on the counter with all kinds of extra handling fees. I suggest avoiding at all costs… go somewhere else.But if you must, look for the letter “C” in an elevator, then look for the FedEx pop up banner on that floor.

Ridiculously difficult to find. FedEx failed to deliver my package, called me and told me to pick it up at this location. No further details, no alternate options. Neglected to tell me that this location is a fake FedEx and charges you $10 extra just to retrieve your own package which THEY failed to deliver. Awful experience.

If you’re staying at the Sheraton, and ship a package to the hotel: You are required to pick it up from this FedEx location in the basement. They charge you a “pickup fee”, that is weight based, to literally just hand you a package. I was told “it is a handling fee”. Rip-off. 0/5 stars. Explains why this location has a 1.8 rating, it checks out.

This is a fake FedEx. You have to park, can access to the hotel, go to the underground floor, and then you will find out at it's actually a fake FedEx that doesn't do returns so you just carry all your stuff down there for no reason

Horrible service. Ana set-up my package to go out via FedEx Express. The store said it went out. Called FedEx customer service and they show it as never going out. So the store more than likely lost it.

-Google map pin is on wrong side of the road.-Go inside the Sheritan. Take the elevators down to level C. You'll see it on the right-Other reviews are WRONG about needing to be a sheritain guest...at least to access the part shown here-Charges a dollar for a digital scan. Definitely overpriced

FedEx has been the most unprofessional and unreliable company to use. They either lose your package, ship to the wrong state, and trying to submit a lost package claim and get reimbursed is a nightmare. Please find another company to send your packages.

They charge $2 fee for taking a package with a FedEx prepaid label. This location is a rip off.
