My appointment was at 9 am I got there the person who was supposed to do my hair was not there I started getting my hair done and after 4 hours the person that was doing my hair left without telling me that she was leaving then I waited a hour for them to finish and had to call the owner who told me that there was a person coming to finish my hair who never showed up. Then was charged full price and told I needed to pay for the hair. Worst service ever.... ever ever. Never get your hair done here

The owner and staff are engaging and professional. My baby is very "tender-headed", but they were gentle and quite patient with her. Oh! Her hair is lovely...she can't wait to show off her "hur" when she returns to school Monday...LOL!

Went to her twice, second time was free because i went back to tell her how i didnt ask for what i got. Each time she never gave me the styles i wanted even after showing her pics. She swore she could do them, not! She really doesnt know how to do cornrows, she is better at locs & dreads. She doesnt listen to what the customer wants. For that kind of money, i wouldnt recommend her to anyone. Was very dissapointed. You've been warned!

I arrived at the shop and explained I was there to redeem a Groupon (the crochet braid) Aiesha (Fatima's sister) nodded and began to work on my braid. My hair looks good, but the "braid gate" drama afterwards cancelled my enjoyment of the experience. After I redeemed the Groupon, I was informed by Fatima (on the phone) that I needed to pay the $90.00 in the shop! She states Groupon won't pay. Very dishonest vendor!

I paid 90 for crochet braids and I got half that she made me pay 40 extra dollars for hair and didn't even use all the hair I have patches of areas that don't have hair. She's over booked and a scammer I wish I could have ally money back won't ever recommend or return. Will be posting pictures of the hair style I got.??Service: Braids

Whenever I go to Fatima's she always does a remarkable job. This time, my hair was extra short, Fatima worked her magic and did what no one else could do, she braided my hair far better and beyond my expectations AND I got a baby bun. Definitely returning.

Fatima charged me $140.00 for updo ponytail cornrows. The hair style took 5 hours to complete, and the hairstyle was to tight especially around my edges. I had less than 10 plaits at the top of my crown and the cornrows we're medium size braids. I immediately took the hairstyle down which took not longer than 30 mins. I disappointed in the cost and service I received.I will not be returning to her establishment. Thank you.
