I wouldn’t buy anything from there if I was you. They sell stolen goods that can’t be used. I KNOW because my Xbox one that isn’t paid off is being sold there. I feel sorry for whoever buys it. Verizon is definitely going to want their money.

I’ve been waiting to get my stuff out and they have been closed. If they where going to close they should have gave some kind of notice. All I know is I’m not paying a late fee. They have no integrity. I don’t recommend you waisting your time and money here

EYE!! I just went to this store, February/10/2023 11:40 am. (Approximately) and the entrance door is closed, I looked through the glass and there were 2 girls showing them where the entrance is. And a girl signaled to me through the door that I should push her but the signal bothered me! Total!!! I went into the store and told the girl, thank you ((I told her twice)) for opening the door for me, because what she did was turn around and turn her back on me as if she were entering a room. The other girl didn't even look at me!! In other words, it bothers them that I came to buy!!??. They didn't tell me ((how can we help you?)). I left the store because I don't want to imagine what attitude they will have to serve me with!! Pity !!! I was willing to spend my $3,500. Dollars there. In jewelry!! Now I'll look for another store!! AND OF COURSE I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT STORE!! ((I CLARIFY I WENT TO THAT STORE BECAUSE MY FRIEND RECOMMENDED ME)) BUT I GOT A GOOD DISAPPOINTMENT!????!! I HOPE YOUR MANAGER (((IF THEY HAVE))) CHECK THEIR CAMERAS AND IF THEY HAVE AUDIO THAT THEY LISTEN TOO. THAT EVERYTHING I WROTE IS TRUE!! !!! Oh LEAVE THE DATE AND TIME THAT HAPPENED!!! Horrible I tried to pawn something and the only thing I got to do was Walk though the front door and made it to the counter when I was told to get out by the white guy!! I don't know if he's the owner, manager or what I asked him why I had to leave and he just repeated his self get out so I advised you if you are African American don't go here they have an African American female working there but it seem as if she scared to lose her job for speaking up for what's right when that shouldn't be the case if I didn't do anything wrong i didn't even have the chance to tell them what i was coming to pawn are anything so my advice to any of my brothers and sisters if you are near peoria do not go here even if you lack transportation try to get to a better place cause the white guy here want let u walk through his door if you're not the right color or person he wants to see then everything there over priced they have hi-point glock 40 at $400 extremely over priced just save yo self the trouble and if you come after 12pm the door will be locked and if he think u might not want anything they will leave you out there and pretend like they're busy with no one in the store. I had my family while family withe it was so embarrassing and for what we were throwed out with kids all because of my skin color. Amazing racism still exists. It says ez pawn on top of the building but believe me they are not I been dealing with pawn shop for a while now and ez pawn is better and wouldn't low ball you and turn you away of yo race.

Out of all the pawn shops in the Montebello area this is probably the worst one. Walked in and said I’m interested in a chain and just got an “ok” from a short fat lady running the counter nothing worse than a disinterested sales staff. Save yourself the time and drive 5 minutes to any other pawn shop in the area.

I’ve been dealing with these jokers for a while because I am not particularly well off and they are not far from my house.They have insulted me and my wife repeatedly making comments such as, “Bring me something that’s actually worth something” when I had brought in a G512 gaming keyboard with absolutely nothing wrong with it. Tried to send me away with $20 for it.Another time I brought in some jewelry (gold earrings, necklace, etc) and Quinn, the owner of this particular store, asks me, “Seriously dude is all your stuff junk?” Literally humiliating my wife and I in front of at least five other customers.So today I go in there with a triple strand black pearl necklace and matching set of earrings with gold clasps and the like. At this point I already know the games they like to play so I look up what this necklace is retailing for on a couple different sites like eBay. It’s selling for anywhere between $900 to $1200 depending on where you look for it. Well, I went to the counter and showed them what I had brought in and they legitimately tried to send me away with $20 for a $900 black pearl necklace and earrings.If you want a fair price on what you have go somewhere else, these people will low ball you all day and feed you all kinds of bull trying to get you to take what they are offering.
