I recently had the misfortune of visiting here a few months and encountered the absolute worst customer service experience of my life, courtesy of one of their employees. ( woman mentioned above) This particular worker seemed to be on a relentless power trip, wielding their minimal authority like a sledgehammer. From the moment I walked in, their judgmental attitude was palpable, as if they had pre-determined that I wasn’t worthy of their time.
She was incredibly rude, dismissing my inquiries with condescending remarks and rolling their eyes at every question I asked. It was clear that they had serious issues, taking out whatever personal frustrations they had on unsuspecting customers. The way they spoke to me was not only unprofessional but downright insulting.
It’s baffling how someone so clearly unfit for a customer-facing role ended up working in this shop. If you value respect and basic decency, I strongly advise you to steer clear of here. The negative energy and disdain emanating from this employee will ensure that I never set foot in that establishment again. I hope this woman gets personal help.

So I tried to sell my laptop and the lady who is in the pictures said she couldn't red the serial number so she couldn't take it. I go to EZ Pawn and the lady there read the serial number no problem and I sold it.

I'm a well known customer at all fast cash locations. I came to get my items from pawn which totaled $900 and spend another $600 on an item I had recently seen and wanted because it's tax season. The Manager in the picture below in black Nike shirt had a horrible attitude and basically asked me to hurry up and pay for my things so I could leave because she has the right to refuse service to me. I left but had to come back 3 days later due to the firearm laws. When I came back she had an employee notify me that when I came the previous time I had under paid her $60 and that they added to my account. My receipt completely says differently and not to mention I was kicked out the store for looking for more items to buy. I will never!!!! Visit this location again!! An I suggest you don't either.

Stopped by to check it out.Weak selection with asking prices for used the same as new.Had nothing to pawn so I can't speak about that aspect of the business.

The customer service or lack there of from this lady was horrific. She is judgmental about the customers in her store. Also, she has a very bad attitude and speaks in a very rude manner. When she was asked why she had an attitude, she replied because I have to deal with “YOU PEOPLE all day” When asked what she meant by saying “YOU PEOPLE”? She couldn’t even answer. It sounds racist and discriminatory. She just cost her business a sale because I was there to make a purchase…but never again. I suggest the business owner discipline her if you want to avoid losing out on making money.

I've been pawning and buying from this shop for the last 20+ years. Can't under the low rating. Yes, they change their personnel a lot, but overall they great great. Good prices, lots of variety, and easy to pawn with as well.

I pawned a Nintendo game deck. When I went back to get it, the clerk ( name withheld ) said it was not there and that she could not find it. MY loan was not late.I went in this same store to see if it was found and the clerk identified as the manager. She looked up my loan and said it was GONE. She also said that t ge name of the person that made me a loan on a chromebook never worked there.I took a very small loan, and I believe that one of the shady employee took/stole it from me. I know the names. I trusted this pawn chain in the past with more expensive stuff and had no problem. NOW THIS CHAIN HAS CHANGED. BEWARE! GOD DAMN SHAME MY EXPERiENCE, MY OPINION..HOW IS THE NAME OF THE CLERK ON THE LOAN, never been an employee. How it that possible.The other locations I never had any problems. Beware.

Sold a broken chainsaw, did not provide a warranty. Tried to return same day and denied it. Lied about everything and very disrespectful. Do not trust PERIOD!

Really bad service the lady at the front with barely any hair on her head didnt even take a look at my items before she tried to lowball me saying her game systems were 40$ and they were priced at 200$ and conveniently "they just havent had time to change the price tag"

These people don't even deserve to be called workers. They watched me struggle to open the front door while lugging 150lb of equipment to sell. When I finally made it to the register, both of the people just stared at me for 15 minutes while looking annoyed. When they looked at what I paid over $1000 for in tools, they were used but not even dirty. The woman said she could offer me $5, maybe $10 for all the equipment together. No items were looked up. No customer service. Absolute waste of time with a hint of attitude. If you like being treated like trash, then this is the place for you. The store was dirty and dark. It felt like a don't do drugs commercial from the early 2000s. If I could give this a negative 5 star, I would.

sold a damaged PS5 to me for $525. I paid too much for a used item, and the seller didn't provide a warranty, so I was unable to return it on the same day. As a result, they stole my money.
