The DREAM TEAM (Destiny, Olivia, and Danika) are absolutely amazing! They are always on top of the tasks handed to them (no matter how big or small) and keep a pleasant, fun atmosphere within the store always!

Not only is the manager rude ( Can’t event look at a customer in the eye nor greet a customer as they walk in to your establishment) 2 young girls whom I think work there or idk I couldn’t tell just cuz they wore first cash pawn shirts doesn’t mean anything all they did was look at me from head to toe ask if I needed something like I did something wrong by entering their store, sad how customer service has left this area or the whole shop may just need retraining . I come from a traditional pawn shop where the loan writer will greet the customer as they walk in and ask if they would need any help today not “ sit in a chair looking at tv while there’s a play off game going on as if you know what team is even playing “ no customer no problem my interest can be paid else where if you forgot that’s what pays your bills . Do not go their unless you want to get disrespected or get frown upon for walking in for a collateral loan assistance, isn’t that what you’re establishment is about?

Liz helped me and she was awesome and very helpful.This place really helped out when I was in a bind on my rent they don't know bad and are fair on pricing as well.

I would give them less than 1 star rating if I could. Very rude and unprofessional staff. If you pawn your stuff here and happen to lose it after YEARS of pawning it....they care not about loyalty but making money. They have always given a reminder call but now there is new staff that is all about the money. Any other pawn shop would call if something was about to go on the floor but not this place. I will NEVER shop here again. EZ pawn is way better and cleaner as well.

Ryan has great customer service that will honestly turn your bad day around. I went to ez pawn "Seezy pawn," 1 block over and was quickly turned away by rude employees who dont greet or smile, for that matter, but after coming here ryans attitude changed my mood. i got my cash and now i know where to go.

The woman working told us if we were back by 5 we could get stuff out of pawn before moving to Utah. We had to go ten minutes away and we were back at 4:58 and refused to let us in and argued through the door until 5pm when they closed and still refused to let us in even though she knew we were leaving the state and wouldn't be able to come back. Such a ride woman, do not go to this pawn shop.

???Fast Cash employees are knowledgeable so you wont get a low ball offer. After getting an offer of $20 from the pawn shop next door, Fast Cash was able to loan me $80 for the same items. Fast Cash was also happy to help me unlike their neighbors. I won't waste my time in the future going to other shop, Fast Cash will be my first and last choice and I recommend everyone else do the same.Thanks for the excellent service!!

They nasty...she said my stuff was at 7 gram and lie got paper work on my stuff its 9.2 gram... don't trust nothing they tell you..go to ez pawn
