I have had bad experiences at a lot of pawn shops in my life, but never have I come across a place that is as consistently dissapointing as this particular shop. I'm starting to think they have a personal grudge against me after a pendant I had was refused . 6 times they tested it, each one passed 100%. Turned it down because it was "weighted." OK. Fine. Let's move on. I hand them a watch, that in the end was turned away because they couldn't find it on ebay?? Then tells me to stick to swiss movement watches. Like the one that was just handed back to me??? I've never been turned down so many times by the same people, ever. Will be hard for me to ever go back again no matter how close I live to it.

This place has the rudest staff that I’ve ever seen at a pawnshop and Ive done business with a lot of different pawnshops. I’ve never once been treated as disrespectful as I have at this place. Do not do business with an employee named Monita unless you want be judged and treated like a criminal!

Jewelry way over priced, you’re better off going to EZ Pawn. I’m talking about they are selling a beyond thin chain for 80 dollars ??? worth ten dollars. I would have to say places like this need to be shut down. I could imagine how else they take from their customers. Sell with integrity or get out the business.

"Employees" would not grant customers access to the store today, they weren't helping other customers nobody else was in there and both "employees" were standing around choosing not to work while they were on the clock, pretty sure the lock does nothing when it's your "employees" that steal from you.

I've been looking for a case for my SG style guitar for a while. I happened to mention that to a friend & she suggested checking the First Cash Pawn on Federal. I stopped there on Jul 3rd. Monita was bringing in a bicycle (near closing time). I told her that I was looking for a guitar case & I described the guitar. She went in the back & found one that looked like it might fit.I also found a cool little Fender Frontman 15G home practice amp. The price had been reduced 2 times. Great deal on that little jewel. I put down $20 to layaway both items.I returned Jul 5th to finish paying for the items. They were very busy. After a short wait, Alex helped me get checked out. I brought my guitar & the case was a perfect fit! I also brought a cord so I could test the Fender amp. It worked just fine.While waiting, I looked at their jewelry. I'm far from an expert, but their stuff was better than other shops I visited on the guitar case quest.So, Monita & Alex earned my 5-star review. They treated me like a regular. Recommend this First Cash. I will shop there again.

I blew out the subwoofer in my car ... One day I passed by this shop and decided to stop in and I am so glad that I did. On my first visit I met Moe and she was awesome. Unfortunately the subwoofer that I bought from them the first time was stolen out of my car and the service was so good and the price was so good. I went to them to see if they had another and they had a comparable product at it. That's why I bought two subwoofers from them. Dealt with Mo. Both times and Mo she's awesome! Super friendly knowledgeable about the product and she even carried the subwoofer out to my car for me.she insisted... This is after hooking up multiple units to see which one I like best!Awesome service! Awesome service! Awesome price and an awesome products. If you are in the area, stop in and see these people because they have good stuff and good service. No make that great stuff and awesome service. Thanks Mo!!!!

The people are great and it's pretty convenient location the only downside is you will get super low ball when you try to pawn or sell something. But I suppose that problem goes with all the pawnshops

100% redemption and a paying customer denied to sell an item that I called a head of time not to mention have had it in fast cash before and redeemed twice recently Patti offered 10$ only because I had it in beforeThe point is this place is not about being number one pawn shop or carying about their customers. I have spent a lot of money at various fast cash locations this one is by far the worst experience. What is the point of calling and asking questions, having my account pulled up and drive all the way there just to be told 10$. Offensive and unprofessional completely contradicted to company slogan. I specifically asked if I would be able to get more since I’m selling the girl Isabella said yes and was talking to her manager Patti the whole conversation. I got 50$ for a pawn! So why would u offer me 10$ or simply denying my appliance item over the phone in the first place? Ohh they do not care!!!

I do not understand if you do not open labor day why do not let customers know that you do not open that day or at least make an update to the website so people do not waste 3 hours waiting for you to open or for the website keep saying open and we close at 6 when you don't even work
