Our car was stolen from infront if our house in September. I cant tell you how AMAZING it was having an insurance agent vs a 1800 # to call when dealing with the aftermath! I paid about the same as when I had other companies for car insurance but had someone who knew what was going on and didnt have to keep getting some rando caught up with my story when I needed to get papers done. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND getting an agent and have the best person to refer! Nicole Southwick is remarkable ❤️ if you’re looking to switch insurance or want to make your life easier- please reach out to her!

Nicole really cares about her customers wellbeing. I haven't known her very long but I noticed that she's definitely not the kind of agent that will call and pester you all the time for more insurance and life insurance, etc. She has been so respectful and considerate during this coronavirus pandemic. This is the kind of agent you want to have your back if you ever have a claim.
