I've had my life, apartment, and car/motorcycle insurance through Lisa Moss's office for about 4 years now. Trouble free, worry free. Every time it comes up for renewal, I get a friendly, no pressure checkup to see if my needs have changed and they look for any options that will reduce my costs.I doubt I'm a high-profit client for them as my insurance needs are modest, but they still make me feel very valued, and my time is always respected!

I have been impacted by Covid-19 and this rude disrespectful agent - always has a disrespectful attitude towards me! I'm done with her agency "I just switched", complained about Lisa Moss in the past, she never wants to help she won't call the customer service Department, Susan worked for her but retired last week, she was so helpful professional and showed a great deal of integrity, I have swithched agent's beware Lisa does not care about you as a client or even as another human being! She said [We get frustrated because we have to call you and remind you to pay your bill, that you always pay late!]

I have been with Lisa and her team for a few years now. They were always kind and super helpful. I got in an accident on 2/1 and my car was totaled. It’s August and I just now am getting it settled, but still owe money on a vehicle I haven’t see since February. Lisa insured my vehicle for $10,000, it was $28,000 when we bought it. When I called and talked to them about it, they said they were sure it was incorrect, that they had never heard of that. Well, it was correct. They sold me commercial auto insurance that they had no business selling, and I didn’t need. I just switched to State Farm and saved $509 a month. I write this because I don’t want someone else to suffer the way we have and my small business has throughout this ordeal. Extremely disappointing.
