Non existent sales support.I've called their 24 hour support line to have 2 basic questions answered and to set up an account 3 times over the past week.Question 1 was about the implementation of the software.Question 2 was how much does the software cost.The first 2 calls, the support specialist could not answer my questions. Both times a "ticket" was created and someone from the sales team would call me back.Never got a call back.So I called again. Same story. When I asked why I can't just talk to someone in sales, the response made my jaw drop. Fare Harbor needs ALL of my personal access business information so my application can be screened before someone in sales will even talk to a customer.Last time I was the customer. If I have to jump through hoops to give you money it isn't happening!

Ive used this software for a few years now and probably will move platforms soon. Every time I need to have something done by putting in a help request they just tell me to watch all of these videos and "figure it out" . What customer service am I paying for if every question I ask Im told to goto their help page. Mind blowing. Its like asking someone what a word means and they just hand you a dictionary.

Having used Fareharbor for years running multiple businesses as a Director, I chose to use Fareharbor since I am very familiar with the platform and now setting up my own LLC. The requirement is to submit 2 forms. 1 in which is a very detailed breakdown of the items you need. Upon completion I was informed the form was ‘rejected’ because I had “multiple items” submitted at one time. However, the capacities of each item coincide, so in theory, it could be 1 item or 2 dependent on how you look at it. I was told I would have to resubmit the form all over again and there is no way for them to send the original file back to me to simply copy and paste to create 2 forms. So essentially all the work put into that form (roughly 2 hours worth) was simply thrown away because they didn’t like the format in which it was sent. Apparently Fareharbor does not want new business. The operation in which to start up a platform with Fareharbor is outrageous at best. I have called Fareharbor only to be told I’d get a call back with no timeline and no solution as of yet.

Been with Fare Harbor since about 2017. Used to be great with great customer service and I was ok with paying their higher fees compared to other booking platforms. Unfortunately that has changed. Now when I want help all I get is people who aren’t understanding what I’m saying and aren’t able to help me. I guess they have outsourced everything over seas. Even told me yesterday, they aren’t able to set up another booking site for a new location in another city. Oh well, will be looking at alternative booking platforms.

Amazing customer service! Everyone has been extremely helpful and professional. I am new to online booking and fareharbor has made setting up this service very easy for me. Walked me through everything and answered all of my questions. I definitely recommend them!

Avoid this company at all costs. I have Fareharbor as a bookimg engine for my tours. It is connected to all my platforms. But the connectivity suddenly stopped working which automatically blocked all the futuee availabilities. I've been trying to contact them for days already and had no answer. I've lost over 4 thousand euros already on sales and they still have say nothing. These is the most unprofessional team I've worked with.

The date was 2.28 and the bookings were done at 9:04 and 9:06 for two seperate companies using this third parking booking system. I selected the 8th and 9th of march and during the confirmation process the dates were swapped to the 1st and 2nd of march. The days were correct but for the wrong date and their program swapped it on me during the confirmation process with the two seperate companies screwing me over since i havent left yet. The rep acknowledge a problem with the booking process but started its on the companies to deal with refunds and or changes and unless they put in a request there is nothing to be done. So the company doesnt look into and the fareharbor acknowledges a problem but they cant offer no solution ... disgusting. Two separate bookings done through them and both were separately messed up yet they dont have any solution~Spoke with Danny

I'm not understanding the negative reviews. We are a small business and have used FH for several years. The customer service is on point every single time. I email a question and not only do they do what I ask, they send me a video on how to do it myself next time. Other booking companies have tried to steal us away but I say FH or bust.

The reporting is awful. The sales reports show over $100k more than what they deposited in our account. There is nobody willing or able to explain why the discrepancy. The only response is "hire an accountant" or "the reports are different". Can't get to anyone past our account rep so it looks like we have been ripped off for over $100,000. Good luck using this company.

So glad all my competition uses Fare harbor! My tours are $50 cheaper bc I don't have the added fees they charge. Guess who is always busy because my competition is too lazy to use Square Space? I think Fare Harbor should raise their fees! They should also charge even higher fees when people leave tips for hardworking guides. It blows me away a company like this can exist. Glad you are here though! ?

Terrible, Terrible. We are switching away from FH. You cannot escalate beyond Customer Service and Account Management which have both declined. After a number attempts to resolve issues they just are simply ignored and not rectified. They were great in 2019 when we started but would never recommend FH until they start carrying about their product and services and were allowed to escalate. They have caused us reputation issues and loss of revenue. STAY AWAY!!
