This location is great for neighborhood foolery. The store is always getting robbed of items. Employees and managers spend more time on their phones with friends spending less time attending to the store. Prepare for the boosters to greet you in the parking lot at the front door selling stuff. And don't bother reporting a theft because most of the employees will look the other way based on reasons for personally knowing the thief.

on the website and on the building it say it doesn't close until 10pm. i got here at 9:37 and the b!tc had the doors locked. and when i knocked and called, she ignored and declined my call. lol now i'm sitting outside waiting for the old hag to come outside.

Too pricey to be considered a family dollar store anymore, should change the name. Walmart has way more cheaper and better selections, as does Safeway.

June/5/2023 on this day I walking into family dollar and i said with a smile on my face good morning to the 3 employee's I seen there at the moment ok. So I walk in the store looking for Fabulouso and 1 of the employee was stacking up so I ask nicely excuse me by and chances do you happen to have any fabulouso in those boxes you have there and she said NO in a rude way. So I when and got another employee to help me to check for me if there was any fabulouso and the other employee got mad because they was helping me out. It turn to be the manager or supervisor from the store at the moment so she got mad because the employee help me look for the fabulouso and she refused service to sell me the fabulouso I was looking for just because I when and got another employee to come help me. Need to get better management and supervisor in this location ASAP.... she is rude and talks back to customers and refuses service to customers like she is the owner of the store Not friendly .

Good selection, nice staff. I love the deals you can get from the dollar tree section while also having more options from the regular family dollar stocked items. This is the store closest to my house, we often run in here for party supplies, art supplies or slime for the kiddos. Having security at the door seems to be keeping the shenanigans to a minimum now. Large freezer section with very affordable frozen berries for smoothies too!

Ed and the rest of the team— THANK YOU SO MUCH! I came from out of town to surprise my sister for her bachelorette party. I was a big pain in the butt and they were busy but still helped me out tremendously. I was nervous about my plans not working out but was able to get everything i needed here and because of that, this will be the best surprise ever. I am so beyond thankful for your help!!! THANK YOU!

Just stopped by here to grab an item very quick. It’s 6:40pm on a Tuesday. The sign states that they’re supposed to be open until 10pm but the door is locked and a janky homemade “Closed” sign is hanging with no explanation of why. Just unprofessional.

Extremely poor customer service from the store manager Kyle. I’m 8 months pregnant. I had a cart full of bags. I’m trying to pull the cart out to the parking lot. My car is parked right out front. The store manager Kyle informs me I’m not allowed to take the cart out of the store but that he can help me. He stands there while I grab all my bags out and doesn’t try to help. He grabs the cart for me and I’m assuming this is his way of helping me. Slightly annoyed I walk to my car to put everything in. My hands are full and I have no where to set my stuff because I have no cart. I bought a candle and I drop it on the ground because my hands are full and it breaks. I go back in and tell Kyle what happened, and ask if I can exchange it for another one. He says “you can purchase another one, but we don’t replace things after they leave the store” I tell him the only reason I dropped it was because my hands were full and he wouldn’t let me use the cart. He tells me there is nothing he can do. I then ask for his supervisors information and he tells me he doesn’t have clearance to give that out? Are you serious? Any business I have ever asked for the supervisor they put me in contact, so is this true or is he trying to cover himself? I look up customer service number and he proceeds to tell me in an aggressive voice that “you won’t pin this on me, I have the audio of me telling you I would help you” So if you were going to help me then make more of any effort to grab some of the bags, or ask if you can help by grabbing some bags. Just taking the cart isn’t enough help! Plus if I’m upset and want a new $6 candle you can’t accommodate me after I just spent $50 in your store? Extremely poor customer service. Extremely disappointed with how I was treated, and I won’t be back. Not to mention this store is run down and not clean. Kyle also has very poor hygiene, this is who is representing your store?

I’ve tried going to this location two times over the past few months. Both times it has been closed due to maintenance(the first time it might have been closed due to plumbing issue, I don’t recall) which is frustrating. No problem with a store being closed but atleast push out a Google Post letting people know that the store isn’t open that day.
