AVOID THIS LOCATION! the people working here are incompetent. They will low ball you as hard as they can. And the selection of items to purchase in the store, is all garbage. Don't waste your time.

The staff is always super nice and helpful, the prices are fair AND they even pay out for items (in good condition of course) at SUPER fair prices. The store is always clean too. Thanks for all the hard work!

When I got to my Xbox back it was tampered with while being in ezpawns care now I don't believe this was a collective that did this just 1 maybe 2 curious souls either way this is unacceptable all in all ezpawns is cool unfortunately because of this I will not be coming back.

I have been an EZ Pawn customer for many years. I need to give a major shout out to the crew at the Broadway location (1025 Broadway in Denver) Ive dealt with most of the staff, but Melissa, Priscilla and T truly stand out. In most pawn shops, the customer service level isn’t especially… let’s say “inviting.” It’s more of a stern, negotiate-the-deal-and-get-out type of feeling. Some would even say it’s an intimidating process. Yes, they’ve come to know me because of my visit frequency, but I feel like family when I go in. They’re cordial, not cold; friendly, not off-putting. It’s neither phony nor forced. They genuinely treat customers with kindness and respect and They don’t deal in dishonesty. In fact, after one of my recent visits, I hadn’t realized that I had left my ID on the counter and walked down the block to get a soda at the corner store. When I left with my beverage, there was T… holding my license in her hand and telling me “you might need this.” Yeah… she walked out of her store to find me to give me my license. Wow. Clearly a class-act. I say kudos to the whole staff because they nail customer service right to the wall.

We went in to see if there were any Nintendo switches available. Had the pleasure of being helped by T, one of the employee reps. She was absolutely wonderful. Helped us charge a couple switches to take a look. Very reasonable with negotiating. Thank you T :)
